China is facing many problems in the process of urbanization construction and transformation,all of which are affecting the security of cities.The security construction of cities is the basis for maintaining the stable development of regional economy and ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property.Nowadays,"low-carbon city,smart city,livable city,sponge city" are all important development concepts to improve urban security,but each has a certain one-sidedness.In this context,the concept of resilient city emerges at the historic moment and is gradually implemented into urban development and construction.In this paper,by constructing an evaluation index system of urban resilience,the urban resilience of Hunan province and its 14 cities from 2010 to 2019 was measured by using the entropy weight method,the spatial autocorrelation method and coupling coordination degree modelfrom a multidisciplinary perspective,the coupling coordination degree of inter-system resilience is analyzed,and the suggestions for improving urban resilience are put forward.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:(1)Sorting out and defining the connotation of urban resilience.This paper reviews the research results of resilience literature at home and abroad,summarizes the theories and methods used in the field of urban resilience and resilient city at home and abroad,and summarizes the connotation of urban resilience on the basis of fully understanding the particularity of urban resilience.(2)Constructing the evaluation index system of urban resilience is constructed.In the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed under the premise of reading and sorting,based on the systematic,scientific,dynamic,regional,and operability principles,combined with the basic development situation of hunan province,from the ecological resilience,tenacity,economic resilience,social four dimensions to construct city of hunan province toughness toughness index system of comprehensive measure,The system consists of 1 target variable,4 first-level variables and 38 second-level variables.The entropy weight method and expert scoring method are used to calculate the index weight,and then the city resilience grade is divided.(3)Demonstrating the temporal and spatial evolution of urban resilience and its coupling coordination degree in Hunan Province.City of hunan province toughness on research,from the time change,spatial differentiation,three dimensions of spatial agglomeration of urban comprehensive toughness and urban ecological resilience,tenacity,economic resilience,social toughness toughness four subsystems was analyzed,to discuss city toughness on the space of homogeneity or heterogeneity,strong research on urban spatial agglomeration characteristic;In the study of urban resilience coupling and coordinated development in Hunan Province,the spatial and temporal analysis of the overall coordination degree of urban resilience system was firstly carried out.On this basis,the coupling analysis of the scores of urban resilience subsystem was further carried out to explore the factors affecting the coordinated development of urban resilience and the coordinated development law of urban resilience.(4)Putign forward the regulation and control ways to improve the resilience of hunan province are put forward.Based on the measurement and analysis of urban resilience and its coupling coordination degree in Hunan Province,and based on the principle of narrowing urban differences and promoting the coordinated development of urban resilience in hunan Province,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve urban resilience from four perspectives of urban ecological resilience,engineering resilience,economic resilience and social resilience.Based on the above research results,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,from 2010 to 2019,urban resilience in Hunan Province has maintained a relatively stable increase in terms of time change,and has a trend of high resilience;In terms of spatial distribution,the overall level of urban resilience is not high,but it shows the characteristics of cluster and gradient.In terms of spatial correlation,urban resilience has a spatial agglomeration effect,and the migration of cold hot spots occurs in urban resilience agglomeration,but the agglomeration pattern is still continuing.Secondly,the overall coupling and coordination degree of urban resilience association in Hunan province keeps rising,from the disorder recovery stage to the advanced coordination stage,and forms the overall distribution pattern of "high in the east and low in the west" with changsha city as the core.However,the coupling coordination degree of urban resilience subsystem has different characteristics,such as decreasing year by year,rising fluctuation,rising stability,decreasing gap between systems,enhancing promoting effect and strengthening hindrance degree.Overall,this article embarks from the perspective of toughness,strengthening the concept of resilience in the construction of urban development,urban resilience law of development,in order to further promote the new urbanization construction and completion of hunan province "four new" important strategy to provide an empirical basis,to promote the city of hunan province toughness to promote comprehensive,enhance the level of urban management,has important guiding significance to the regional harmonious development as a whole.
