The production-living-ecological Spatial Quality is a quantitative measurement of the development level of urban production,living and ecological Spatial Quality.High-quality production-living-ecological space is an important guarantee and carrier for high-quality urban spatial layout and efficient function.Creating a livable environment with high-efficiency production space,high-quality living space,and high-value ecological space is the key to realizing the high-quality and sustainable development of urban production-living-ecological space.With the rapid development of human society,economy and cities,a series of sustainable development problems that affect the process of urban development have emerged.The economic growth of production space is slow,the livability of living space is not good,and the green security of ecological space is not perfect.As the concentration of the contradictions of the production-living-ecological space,improving its urban resilience to cope with the impact is the key to the sustainable development of the region,so the study of urban resilience based on the quality of the production-living-ecological space is of great significance to the coordinated and stable development of the national land space.The ultimate goal of this paper is to optimize the spatial quality of the production-living-ecological,improve the level of urban resilience,and achieve sustainable urban development in Heilongjiang Province.It uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation model to measure the urban resilience of 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province from 2004 to 2019,and uses Arc GIS space.Analysis tools and geographic detector models analyze the evolution and driving forces of its temporal and spatial patterns,and finally propose optimization strategies based on the results of urban resilience assessment in Heilongjiang Province.The conclusions are as follows:(1)On a time scale,overall,the urban resilience of Heilongjiang Province fluctuated and increased from 2004 to 2019.The urban resilience space showed a trend of "weakening first and then strengthening",and the number of high-grade areas showed "weakening first and then strengthening".However,the concentrated distribution of similar regions shows a continuous weakening trend.Specifically,the quality and resilience of urban production space in Heilongjiang Province fluctuates significantly,the quality and resilience of urban living space shows a fluctuating downward trend,while the quality and resilience of urban ecological space shows a slow upward trend.(2)In terms of spatial layout,Heilongjiang Province’s urban resilience "dual-core" characteristics are notable.Overall,it presents a low-level "non-equilibrium" spatial distribution.Based on the comprehensive urban resilience of Heilongjiang Province,a spatial distribution pattern of "point-like fragmentation" in the V,IV,and III areas,and "cluster-like" in the II and I areas has been formed.The spatial distribution is "randomized",and there is no obvious agglomeration.The number of cities with a divergent trend type is much more than that of a convergent trend type,but the gap is getting smaller and smaller,which shows that the spatial gap of urban resilience in Heilongjiang Province is gradually decreasing.From the perspective of urban resilience subsystem,the quality and resilience of urban production space in Heilongjiang Province has formed the inverted "U" shape,inverted "T" shape,and "point-like scattered" of the V-level area and the IV-level area,and the level III area,the II level area,and the I level.The spatial distribution pattern of "dotted scattered" and "grouped" in the district.The resilience of urban living spatial quality in Heilongjiang Province,except for the spatial distribution characteristics of "contiguous" and "clustered" in Grade I and II areas,the resilience areas of other grades all present a spatial distribution pattern of "point-like scattered".The urban ecological space quality and resilience of Heilongjiang Province has formed the "stripe","cluster" and "central agglomeration" of the V-level area and the IV area,the "point-like scattered" in the III level area,and the II-level area and the I level area.The spatial distribution pattern of "slice type","group type" and "point-like scattered".(3)The spatial differentiation of urban resilience in Heilongjiang Province based on the Spatial Quality of production-living-ecological is mainly based on the inter-regional production efficiency,production efficiency,production scale,life security,convenience of life,comfort of life,ecological greening,ecological pollution reduction and ecological governance.Differences result in that production efficiency,production scale and comfort of life are the primary driving factors affecting urban resilience in Heilongjiang Province.Production efficiency,ecological greening,and ecological governance are key driving factors.Convenience of life and ecological pollution reduction are important driving factors,and life is guaranteed.It is the basic driving factor.The driving factors of different urban resilience subsystems have different effects on the urban resilience of Heilongjiang Province.Production scale,living comfort,and ecological governance are the primary driving factors of Heilongjiang’s urban resilience in different fields.(4)According to the results of Heilongjiang urban resilience assessment and the study of driving force,from the perspective of urban resilience optimization zoning and urban resilience optimization direction,a targeted optimization strategy is proposed.Based on the perspective of urban resilience optimization zoning,high-quality resilient areas should lead the demonstration,medium-resilient areas should jointly follow up,and low-resilient areas should be strong in quality and efficiency.Based on the perspective of urban resilience optimization direction,the improvement of the quality and resilience of urban production space should establish an intensive utilization and high-efficiency production model,expand the scale of production,and improve production efficiency and efficiency.The key to improving the resilience of urban living space lies in the solution of residents’ living security problems,the improvement of living convenience and comfort,and the improvement of infrastructure,so as to create a livable and moderate and high-quality living environment.The improvement of the quality and resilience of urban ecological space mainly considers ecological greening,ecological pollution reduction and ecological governance,and promotes green,healthy and sustainable development and high-quality ecological environment.
