Urban Community Design Evaluation System And Safety Coping Strategy Based On Resilience A Case Study Of Tianlin Community In Shanghai

In recent years,with the rapid increase of urbanization rate and increasingly rapid economic development in our country,cities are in the risks of precipitous climate change,intensifying pressures on multiple resources and environment,and frequent natural disasters.Urban community,as the most basic unit in the city,is the basic structure of human life,and has a great influence on urban disaster prevention and reduction.As a hot topic in recent years,"resilient city" has provided a new idea for disaster prevention and reduction in urban communities.This paper uses the concept of "resilient city" to build a systematic evaluation system for urban community resilience,which is discussed from the following aspects:(1)Analyze and define the concepts of urban community,resilience,disaster types of urban community and disaster problems of urban community.Through a large number of domestic and foreign literature investigation,relevant theories and practical cases are classified and summarized to obtain reference experience.(2)The selection principle and selection of evaluation indicators of urban community design evaluation system from the perspective of resilience are the same.From a qualitative perspective,the resilience indicators of urban community are divided into five levels:community structure resilience,community institutional resilience,community economic resilience,community ecological resilience and community facility resilience.(3)Five first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators and 23 third-level indicators are proposed through the study of the urban community resilience evaluation system.With the help of these indicators,indicators for assessing the sustainability of urban communities are established,and the weight ratio of each index is determined by the Delphi method and the hierarchical analytical process.(4)Taking the weights in the above index system as the basis,establish a relevant rating scale based on a four-level rating scale and test the rating system using examples,and Tianlin Community of Shanghai was selected as the object of the case study.The scores of each index are determined by the methods of preliminary investigation and questionnaire survey.The results show that the evaluation system has certain applicability.This paper combines the disaster prevention and mitigation capacity of urban communities with the concept of resilient cities,studies the ability to improve urban resilience from the micro level of urban communities,and provides suggestions for urban community disaster prevention,which is of great significance for the construction of urban community disaster prevention.
