| With the continuous development of urbanization,cities face many risks and disturbances.In recent years,the state has issued relevant policies and proposed to build resilient cities,and enhancing urban resilience is an important guarantee for sustainable urban development.As the key to improve urban resilience,urban economic resilience is a new research perspective to achieve high-quality urban development,which has attracted extensive attention from scholars.Under the background of the "14th Five-Year Plan",although the economic and social development level of Gansu Province,as an important transportation hub in the construction of the "Belt and Road",has been continuously improved,there are obvious heterogeneity among different cities due to resource advantages,development paths and industrial structure differences,and there are still many problems that need to be solved in the economic development of various cities in Gansu Province.In order to facilitate the cities of Gansu to better cope with the impact in the future and promote the high-quality urban development,it is of great practical significance to study the urban economic resilience.First,this paper systematically reviews the relevant theories,evaluation methods and empirical research of urban economic resilience.Drawing on previous research results,this paper constructs a scientific and operational urban economic resilience evaluation index system of Gansu Province from three aspects: economic resilience,economic adjustment and adaptation,and economic innovation and transformation.This paper selects 12prefecture-level cities in Gansu Province as the research object,takes 2000-2020(" Tenth Five-Year Plan " to " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan ")as the research time scale,measures the urban economic resilience of each prefecture level city,adopts entropy weight method and multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of urban economic resilience of each city.Secondly,the paper analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and spatial correlation pattern of urban economic resilience in Gansu Province.Based on the comprehensive evaluation score of Gansu Province’s urban economic resilience measure,the temporal evolution characteristics of urban economic resilience in 12 prefecture-level cities were analyzed.Using Arc GIS natural fracture method,the urban economic resilience of Gansu Province was divided into four levels,and its spatial differentiation characteristics were analyzed by combining the coefficient of variation,which was visualized to enhance the readability of the results.This paper further analyzes the evolution characteristics of the correlation pattern of urban economic resilience in Gansu Province,and adopts the Moreland index to analyze the evolution of the global and local spatial correlation pattern.Finally,the main influencing factors are obtained based on obstacle degree model,grey relational degree model and spatio-temporal evolution analysis.Further combing and summarizing,the reasons for the existing pattern of urban economic resilience in Gansu Province are obtained,including six aspects: urban economic development level,urban industrial structure,urban scientific research and technological innovation,urban primacy,urban government administrative power and inter-city collaborative governance ability.The comprehensive use of research methods has certain practical reference significance for other relevant studies.This paper attempts to propose optimization strategies for the improvement of urban economic resilience in Gansu Province from three aspects: resilience of urban economy,resilience of economic adjustment and adaptability,and resilience of economic innovation and transformation. |
