Study On Problems And Countermeasurs Of National Health City Reexamination In DezhouCity

National Health City is the highest honor of urban environment,and a livelihood project related to people’s life.Dezhou became the National Health City successfully in 2011 and passed the review in 2015,2018 and 2021.The National Health City has become a business card and an important symbol reflecting the comprehensive strength and civilization of Dezhou.The National Health City review is an unconventional task.In the third National Health City review 2021,Dezhou mainly used campaign governance to make up for the shortcomings through a number of remediation actions and rapid improvement of environmental health in a short period of time,and got 824 points.Through semi-structured interviews,questionnaires,case studies and other methods,this paper sorts out several measures of the National Health City review in Dezhou,and expounds its achievements in environmental health management,public health management,and food safety guarantee.In the review work,we found that there are some problems,such as the urban planning can not keep up with the development speed,the coordination and operation of departments is not smooth,the urban management mode is extensive,the financial input is unstable,and the subject of the review is single.In the last,we in-depth analyzed the reason of these problems,learning from the successful experience of the National Health City review in 2020 and 2021,and provided some successful countermeasures of the National Health City review,including the top design,the effect of strengthening leadership,perfecting the urban management system,clearing funds safeguard mechanism,the multiple coordination under the participation.
