Study On The Public Participation Mechanism In The Creation Of A National Health City-Take A City As An Example

With the continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization in China,urban health environment has become an important livelihood issue.On the one hand,urban health problems are closely related to public physical and mental health,and on the other hand,they directly affect the long-term sustainable development of cities.For urban sanitation and environmental governance,the strength of government agencies alone is far from enough,which requires the active participation of the public.Public participation can effectively solve the problems of government health failure,and public participation has become an important basis of contemporary urban ecological governance.This paper from the current background of creating a national health city,with A city as the research object,from the basis of public participation,the practice form and content,the public participation in creating a national health city and the problems and case analysis in the process of creating a national health city.It out the problems of public participation in the creation of national health city,imperfect laws and regulations on institutional guarantee mechanism;poor public participation channels and single participation form in participation platform mechanism;low public participation and poor effect;poor government and municipal information in dialogue and communication mechanism.This is mainly due to the lack of public participation in the environment,the public participation of the organization is too administrative,the government’s ruling concept and official standard thought influence and the government information disclosure mechanism is not perfect cause.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the legal guarantee of public participation,expand the channels and forms of public participation,enhance the enthusiasm of public participation and improve the public participation mechanism in the establishment of national health city.
