Study On Long-term Management Mechanism Of National Health City

In 1989,China began to establish a national health city.The establishment of a national health city can not only improve people’s lifestyle and living environment,but also reflect the overall quality of a city.For cities participating in the competition,there is a review requirement for national health assessments.With the improvement of citizens’expectations,they must maintain the name of the national health city by constructing a long-term management mechanism.At present,the management of China’s national health cities has achieved certain results,but there are also many problems.Studying long-term management mechanisms to promote urban development in China can,to a certain extent,enhance the overall competitiveness of our cities,promote the institutionalized and standardized development of urban sanitation in China,and ultimately promote the coordinated development of our country’s society.From the perspective of innovation,there is less research from the perspective of the long-term management mechanism of the national health city.Based on the theory of refined management and public management,this paper selects Heyuan City as the research object,analyzes the problems of the long-term management mechanism of the national health city,and proposes several dimensions of the organizational system,institutional system,and public participation of the refined management content.The specific countermeasures for building a long-term management mechanism have a certain theoretical value.This paper focuses on the issue of national health city management,using literature research and theoretical research to analyze the refined management theory and public participation theory.The case study method was then used to analyze the effectiveness,problems,and causes of the National Sanitary City Management in Heyuan City.Through the analysis of the results,it can be seen that the health management in Heyuan City has weak links,for example,the management network system is not perfect.The examination and rewards and penalties system is incomplete and the public’s participation in management is not high.Then the following situations are proposed in the above situation:establish a sound organization and management organization,long-term management mechanism of laws and regulations,supervise and inspect long-term working mechanism,long-term investment guarantee mechanism,long-term performance evaluation mechanism,long-term public participation mechanism,and enforcement Long-term working mechanism.We will continue to promote the management of the national health city.
