It is an important way to realize sustainable development to make environment harmonize well with economy.Last serval years,with the development of economy and progress of society,it has become increasingly prominent to make environment,resources and ecology in the global scope develop continuously.At the present stage,we must strive to find a sustainable path of coordinated development of economy,society,environment and resources.As an important part of sustainable development,the deterioration of ecological environment will restrict the economic development;meanwhile,the stagnation of economic will also restrict the further improvement of the environment.In this way,this paper determined the measurement indexes of urban social economy and environment based on panel data from 2008 to 2018 and evaluated the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of coupled coordinated development of environment and economy in the Yangtze River urban agglomeration by using the coupling coordination degree model and the kernel density estimation model,etc.The results showed that:(1)From the perspective of time,the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree show a rising trend of fluctuation.(2)Gap between the coupling degree and the coordination degree is gradually narrowing and differentiation phenomenon tends to ease.The coupling degree and coordination degree of environment and economy are gradually developing from low to high benefit level.The coupling degree and coordination degree of environmental economy in most cities converged to high coupling and high coordination areas.(3)From the perspective of space,there are significant regional differences in coordinated development.There is a distribution pattern of “high on both sides,low in the middle” in east-west direction,and southern areas are significantly higher than northern areas.Combining the gravity model and the spatial network correlation model,the spatial characteristics of the environmental and economic coupling coordination degree of Yangtze River urban agglomeration were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)On the whole,the closeness degree of environmental and economic spatial correlation network of Yangtze river urban agglomeration needs to be improved.The coordination degree of urban environmental economy coupling has more or less spillover effect,and the network degree is higher.There is less redundant connection in each city,and there is not obvious superposition phenomenon of space overflow.The stability is good.(2)The cities of Suzhou,Wuxi and Nanjing have a high degree of degree centrality and are closely connected with surrounding cities.Meanwhile,the Matthew effect should be paid attention to.(3)The closeness centrality is associated with geographic location,with the south being relatively high.(4)The cities of Nanjing and Suzhou have a high degree of intermediate center,which control the generation of the relationship between the coupling coordination degree of environment and economy in other cities,while Zhenjiang is in the position of “intermediary”.Based on the existing research and the actual environmental and economic situation of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration,this paper selected five variables: population density,urban economic development level,opening to the outside world,technological progress,and industrial structure,and used Tobit regression model to analyze the factors affecting the coordinated development of environmental and economic coupling.The results showed that:(1)population density,urban development level,and opening to the outside world are positively correlated with environmental and economic coordination while industrial structure is negatively correlated with environmental and economic coordination.(2)Scientific and technological progress does not pass the significance test,whose influence on the degree of coordination between environment and economy is not significant.Finally,based on the analysis results of influencing factors,this paper put forward the development countermeasures of urban agglomeration.
