| Since the beginning of the new century, rural habitat improvement had been the key direction of work of the Party and the central government, and as one of the key elements for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it not only affects the construction of ecologically pleasant villages and the development of rural areas, but also has a bearing on the improvement of people’s living standard and sense of well-being.As an important part of habitat improvement.Domestic waste management is an important measure to promote the improvement of environmental hygiene in rural areas and realize the "two mountains" theory.Since the 18 th National Congress, corresponding policy documents had emerged, and local governments had actively implemented the treatment work and issued corresponding guidelines, which had achieved good results.Rural residents as the main participants of the remediation work, but also the main enjoyer of clean rural living environment, whether the effective promotion of remediation work directly depends on the enthusiasm of farmers themselves, farmers’ enthusiasm to improve, sustainable and efficient rural environmental management system will be formed, but at present,Naiman Banner farmers to participate in the enthusiasm of the need to further enhance the most urgent problem of rural environmental remediation work. The most urgent problem of rural environmental remediation is to be solved. This paper empirically investigates the current situation of rural residents’ willingness to participate in garbage management from the perspective of binary logistic model and questionnaire survey, and the factors influencing the willingness of rural residents to participate in waste management were analyzed from the perspective of the results of the logistic empirical analysis It was found that five basic factors such as gender,as well as village cadres’ experience, annual household expenditure, years of education, satisfaction with the local environment, awareness of the need to promote domestic waste management, villagers’ trust or not, document propagation and village rules and regulations were important factors influencing rural residents’ willingness to participate in governance. The solidification of villagers’ ideology, the lack of self-awareness,the lack of government attention to the superficiality of rural waste management, the lack of social funding support, the lack of policy propaganda, and the villagers’ lack of understanding of the corresponding concepts are the bottlenecks that limit the willingness of rural residents to participate in management. Therefore,in order to implement the treatment project more deeply,we propose to change farmers’ long-term solidified thinking, strengthen farmers’ self-awareness,strengthen policy propaganda, broaden funding sources, and strengthen institutional construction, etc.,to put forward opinions for the smooth development of Naiman Banner and related local townships’ domestic waste treatment, and to put forward a practical basis for the introduction of relevant national policies and regulations and the implementation of projects by local people’s governments,so as to promote Countryside improvement is more scientific and reasonable, fully mobilize the main enthusiasm of farmers,so that the domestic waste remediation can be carried out effectively. |
