Research On Household Garbage Disposal Behavior Of Rural Household Environment Governance

The governance of rural residential environment involves the interests of many subjects.The treatment of rural domestic waste is an important part of rural living environment treatment.The treatment behavior of household waste directly affects the effect of domestic waste treatment,and then affects the results of rural living environment treatment.At present,due to the relatively slow economic development in rural areas of Changchun,there are still basic problems in garbage disposal in rural areas.The ideological consciousness of rural farmers needs to be improved,and the treatment methods of rural household garbage need to be improved.The supply of garbage treatment facilities should be further increased,so as to improve the construction of rural infrastructure.Therefore,it is significant to study farmers’ participation in household waste disposal in the campaign of improving rural living environment has certain practical significance for Changchun,because it is not only conducive to creating a clean,tidy and livable rural life,but also more conducive to the realization of the national policy of rural revitalization and people’s prosperity.In the context of Rural Revitalization and rural living environment governance,this paper takes Mushihe street in Changchun City for a case study,taking farmers in the street as the research object.On the basis of field research,this paper classifies the behavior of farmers in domestic waste disposal into two kinds,one is to throw domestic waste into the dustbin,the other is to throw domestic waste out of the dustbin;the above two kinds of disposal behavior are set as dependent variables,and the personal characteristics,family characteristics,cognitive characteristics and external environment characteristics of farmers are selected as independent variables.Through chi square test,the results are as follows:the independent variables with significant influence characteristics were selected into binary logistic model for data regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of household garbage disposal behavior.According to the significant influencing factors and combined with the actual situation of local research,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research results show that:(1)The current situation analysis found the following problems:the village management standards are different,the number of garbage cans is small,farmers lack of awareness of environmental protection and the concept of sustainable development.(2)Through the difference analysis,the problems of aging population and low rural education level still exist in rural areas.Most farmers still rely on word of mouth as the main source of information when acquiring relevant environmental protection policy information.There are still some deficiencies in the publicity activities on household waste disposal and the concentrated training on the management of household living environment.(3)Through model regression,it can be concluded that the age of farmers,their awareness of garbage disposal,their average annual household income,the promotion activities of household garbage disposal held in the village,the relevant centralized training held in the village,and the distance between the dustbin and the residence have significant effects on the participation of household garbage disposal behavior.According to the model regression results and the actual situation of local investigation,in order to further improve farmers’ awareness of proper disposal of household garbage,and then achieve the purpose of rural human settlement environment governance,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following five aspects:(1)increase investment in rural infrastructure and promote farmers to use electronic network.(2)Promote the development of rural industries and increase the economic income of rural households.(3)Strengthen farmers’ environmental training and publicity,and improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection.(4)Increase the number of rubbish bins in rural areas and shorten the distance between rubbish bins and farmers’ homes.(5)strengthen the township unified management system construction,promote the timely communication between the administrative villages and the township.
