Safety is the foundation of railway transportation,is the eternal theme of transportation production,railway transportation safety not only affects the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises themselves,as a major artery of the national economy has a great impact on social and economic development.With the acceleration of railway reform,the maintenance mode of railway line infrastructure is also undergoing great changes,railway infrastructure maintenance units between Constructions,Singals,Power supply coordination is also becoming the trend of reform and development,because of the safety hazards caused by the operation of railway transport safety put forward a test.In the environment of professional integration and development,it is very necessary to study the safety risk of cross-professional cooperation.Therefore,this paper makes the following research on the safety risk management of the general speed railway Construction and Singal cooperation with skylight operation:First of all,this paper expounds the research significance and background of the research on safety risks of universal speed railway engineering and power and skylight operation,and through in-depth analysis of the current research status and existing problems of railway maintenance operations at home and abroad,combined with the basic theory and methods of risk management,through on-site research and combing and analyzing the actual problems existing in the process of Construction and Singal cooperation operation,the risk factors in the process of Construction and Singal cooperation with skylight operation are identified and classified item by item.Finally,the first-level evaluation index and 29 corresponding second-level evaluation indicators in four aspects are determined,and the risk evaluation index system of Construction and Singal operation with skylight is established.Using the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)to calculate the combined weight of each safety risk factor,the degree of influence of each risk factor on the safety of the Construction and Singal cooperation skylight operation is determined.Finally,in the established risk evaluation model,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out the first and second fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,according to the fuzzy comprehensive calculation results,the safety of the work of the Construction and Singal cooperation skylight from the personnel,management,equipment,environment and other four aspects of the response measures.Through the calculation and analysis,the risk level affecting the safety of the general speed railway Construction and Singal cooperation with skylight operation is "general risk",and the evaluation results are basically in line with the actual situation of the operation.After quantitatively analyzing the degree of influence of various risk indicators on the safety of Construction and Singal cooperation skylight operation,this paper puts forward the safety risk management measures of the general-speed railway Construction and Singal cooperation in skylight operation,so that the various risk factors in the process of Construction and Singal cooperation operation can be effectively controlled,and prove its effect in the actual operation.Through the research of this paper,it provides some reference for the study of joint operation safety risk management among different majors in railway system.
