| China’s economic development has made great progress in recent years.Along with the development of China’s economy,the construction industry has also made great progress.With the booming development of the construction industry,the scale of people engaged in the construction industry has been expanding,and the complexity and accuracy of buildings have also been constantly improving.In the process of the development of construction industry,due to many reasons,construction safety accidents happen from time to time.Therefore,the construction risk assessment and control in the process of construction has become one of the important topics of widespread concern.Therefore,this paper analyzes the types of 773 construction accidents and the related factors causing the accidents in the national housing and municipal engineering from January to December in 2019,and draws some conclusions.There are six main types of construction accidents,among which falling from high altitude accounts for 53.69%.Object strike accounted for 15.91%;Earthwork and foundation pit collapse accounted for 8.93%;Lifting machinery injury accidents reached 5.43%;Construction machinery and tools injury accidents reached 2.98%;The number of electrocution casualties reached 2.59%,followed by other types of accidents.Analysis of the main causes of the accident are as follows:unstable scaffold,non-standard installation and use of tower crane,failure of construction elevator,not in accordance with the safety standard operation.Through the analysis of accident cause theory,the influencing factors are found out,and the influencing factors are divided into five aspects:personnel—equipment and materials—technology—management—environment.Using the knowledge of system security,the interpretation structure model is constructed,and the logical relationship between risk factors is clearly expressed.It can be seen that management factors are the root cause.Therefore,enterprises should first grasp security management.On this basis,the risk evaluation index system and evaluation model are established.Through the investigation and analysis of panji power supply company’s technical housing project,the risk evaluation model is constructed and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate its risk.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,combined with the objective reality,it is concluded that the overall risk degree of the construction system is general,but there are still some risks and problems that can not be ignored.In view of these risks and hidden dangers,according to the construction conditions and actual situation,the corresponding control countermeasures are put forward.At the same time,the introduction of new management methods such as "8S"management method for scientific and efficient management and the use of VR scenario operating system mode training,this new training method can not only let employees personally feel the serious consequences of illegal operations,but also to the operation skills of employees.It is hoped that these improvement measures can help enterprises reduce the accident rate,improve the production and operation efficiency,and strive to achieve a win-win and harmonious mode for employees and enterprises.Figure[8]table[25]reference[81]... |
