As the tourism industry continues to heat up,the reception pressure of urban scenic spots is increasing. When tourists are in a state of high aggregation, under the disturbance of accidental factors,it is very easy to cause crowded stampede accidents. This puts forward higher requirements for the infrastructure construction and emergency management of scenic spots. The safety management of dense crowds in scenic spots has become a hot issue in the field of public safety. In the case of dense crowds in urban scenic spots, there is still a lack of systematic and scientific research and demonstration on how individuals perceive the risk of exposure, the factors that affect individual risk perception, and how individuals take coping behaviors. Therefore, the risk perception and risk response behavior of dense crowds in urban scenic spots have become an important research topic. This study takes individuals in the urban dense crowd situation as the research object, takes "risk perception" and "unsafe behavior" as the breakthrough point, and analyzes the internal logical relationship between risk perception and risk response behavior by constructing a structural equation model. The main research results are as follows:(1)This study uses travel notes and comments about dense crowds in urban scenic spots published on three websites as data sources, and uses LDA topic model and Word2 Vec word vector model to mine dense crowd risk perception topics,as well as topics and key relationship between words;Based on the theoretical structure of planned behavior, combined with the analysis of the relationship between the co-occurrence law and the risk perception theme, the role of the dense crowd in the scenic spot on the individual risk perception is clarified.Through the thematic co-occurrence analysis,it is concluded that the core theme that affects individual risk perception is the theme of "Internet celebrity performance",which can improve individual risk perception ability by improving the control of popular performances, strengthen the positive impact of individual subjective norms on actual behavior, and reduce individual negative.generation of behavior.(2)Based on the Sitkin-Pablo model and the S-O-R model, analyze the mechanism of individual risk perception on unsafe behavior in dense crowd scenarios.Based on the three-level coding of grounded theory, the influencing factors of risk perception of dense crowds in urban scenic spots are extracted. After classification, the 4 main categories are finally determined as night travel risk, personal safety risk, organizational risk and social psychological risk.On this basis,a three-dimensional risk perception theoretical model including risk perception, risk preference and unsafe behavior is constructed.(3)Construct a risk perception structural equation model(SEM),and empirically test the model based on 451 valid data. The research results show that: risk perception has a direct and significant negative effect on tourists’ unsafe behavior, and social psychological risk perception has the greatest impact on unsafe behavior;risk perception preference has a direct and significant positive effect on tourists’ unsafe behavior,And behavior intention preference has the greatest effect on unsafe behavior. The risk perception model established in this study reveals the relationship between risk perception and individual coping behavior, which can improve the risk management and risk communication mechanism of densely populated urban scenic spots, and enable multiple subjects participating in the service of densely populated scenic spots to formulate risk issues.
