In the world trade, ships are still an important means of transportation, and the development of modern science and technology has also promoted the stability of ship technology and equipment. However, maritime accidents often occur, which brings huge challenges to the ship transportation industry. At the same time,it also affected the development of the national economy and brought loss of life and property to the people. Most of the maritime accidents are caused by human factors. How to use scientific and effective methods to improve the safety index of the shipping industry and reduce the occurrence of maritime accidents has become an important research topic for experts and scholars.Human unsafe behavior is a kind of human error,so it is necessary to study the crew’s unsafe behavior.Based on the existing theoretical research and maritime accidents and started from the internal and external causes of human errors, psychological, physiological, atmospheric, navigational environment and work equipment and other factors that affect the crew’s unsafe behavior are summarized in the article.Under these factors,20 observation variables are set to measure the influencing factors quantitatively.Based on the hypothesis of the relationship between the influencing factors, the structural equation model of five influencing factors on the unsafe behavior of seafarers is established. The survey factors under the selected influencing factors are compiled and distributed, and the collected questionnaires are sorted out.The reliability and validity of the collected data are tested by SPSS 23 software, and the reliability analysis of the data is completed. The AMOS software was used to make an empirical analysis of the model, and the model was verified and revised. Finally, the structural equation model of the unsafe behavior of seafarers and the influence modes and influence path coefficients of various factors were obtained. The analytic hierarchy process model is established by obtaining the structural equation model of unsafe behavior and removing the factors that have little influence on unsafe behavior, such as working equipment. The judgment matrix of AHP model is established, and the consistency of judgment matrix is tested, and finally the importance of each factor is obtained.Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn: through the integration of internal and external factors, the atmosphere has the greatest negative impact on unsafe behavior, and the effect is-0.417.There is also an influential relationship between internal and external factors.Among the external factors, the atmosphere has a positive effect on the psychological factors, and the effect is 0.343;the navigation environment has a positive effect on both the psychological and physiological factors, and the effects are 0.249 and 0.203 respectively.Atmosphere has an intermediary effect on unsafe behaviors by influencing psychological factors, with an effect of-0.093;sailing environment has an intermediary effect on unsafe behaviors by influencing psychological and physiological factors, with a total effect of-0.118.Through the analytic hierarchy process,it is concluded that the ability is the primary factor that affects the unsafe behavior of the crew.Secondly, emotions, temperament, physical and mental state are the more important factors that affect the crew’s unsafe behavior. In the navigation environment, various factors have a relatively small impact on unsafe behavior. The main purpose of this research is to provide reliable safety decision-making methods for ship safety managers, help them choose more efficient solutions and measures to manage employees, and help shipping companies effectively improve their safety management levels and reduce human accidents incidence rate. |
