The Impact Of Employees' Risk Perception On Their Manufacturing Unsafe Behaviors And Its Regulatory Enlightenment

With the development of social economy,the industrial level has been greatly improved,but the frequent occurrence of safety accidents is corresponding to it.The safety accident seriously harmed the safety of people's life and property,brought panic to the society,and hindered the harmonious and stable development of the current society.And safe accident is mainly caused by people's unsafe behavior.Therefore,it is urgent to study the influence of different factors on employees' unsafe behaviors in work,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding regulatory policy to further reduce manufacturing safety accidents.In all kinds of enterprises,hazardous chemicals manufacturing enterprises with inflammable,explosive,poisonous and harmful material properties have the most serious consequences of accidents and have always been the focus of government regulation.In order to study the typicality of the object,this paper selects the hazardous chemicals manufacturing enterprises in Jiaxing City as the survey object,and adopts the method of questionnaire sampling and empiricalanalysis to carry out the investigation and research on the influencing factors of risk perception on the manufacturing unsafe behavior.The research shows that employees' risk perception is mainly divided into six dimensions: enterprise environment,government trust,knowledge level,risk attitude,work environment and work atmosphere,of which the enterprise environment is the most important weight.The unsafe behavior is mainly divided into three parts:safety work habit,safety training initiative,and safety behavior principle,of which the proportion of safety work habit is the largest.In the multivariate regression analysis,it is found that employees ' risk perception plays an important role in reducing manufacturing unsafe behaviors.The public demands for safety are getting more and more high,to ensure the safety of the people's life and property is of great significance.Therefore,the government departments should make precise policy decisions and participate extensively in all aspects of society so as to make joint efforts to create a safe production and living environment.On the basis of empirical investigation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve employees' risk perception and reduce unsafe behavior in Jiaxing from three aspects: strengthening the government supervision level,the implementation of corporate safety responsibility,encourage employees to enhance the professional quality,so as to provide references for the work of government supervision department to carry out.
