Research On Chinese Discourse Of Ecological Civilization

With the development of human modernization process,the degree of human civilization has been greatly improved,but at the same time,ecological and environmental problems have become more and more serious.Due to the global characteristics of ecological problems,all countries in the world are looking for a good way to deal with the ecological crisis.Because ecological crisis is an intricate and systematic issue,western countries transfer some environmental problems to developing countries while seeking their own development.Therefore,the problem of environmental injustice is becoming more and more prominent worldwide.As a major developing country,China proposes and practices ecological civilization and gradually establishes the Chinese discourse of ecological civilization.The Chinese discourse of ecological civilization,which is the sum of Chinese theories and knowledge about the relationship between man and nature,is a collection of discourses consisting of the basic concepts,categories,theories and expressions forms of ecological civilization.Studying the content of Chinese discourse on Chinese ecological civilization is to better convey the Chinese voice to the world,promote the spillover of Chinese proposals,increase China’s international influence,solve global ecological problems,and accelerate the construction of global ecological civilization.First of all,the thesis analyzes the theoretical basis of the Chinese discourse of ecological civilization.The theoretical basis of the Chinese discourse of ecological civilization includes the theory of ecological civilization and the functional-oriented ecological linguistics theory.Secondly,this paper systematically sorts out the contents of the Chinese discourse of ecological civilization in different periods at home and abroad,that is,from the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China to before the reform and opening up,Chinese discourse of ecological civilization is revolution-oriented at home,and we has begun to express Chinese discourse of ecological civilization initially in international communication;from the reform and opening up to before the 18 th National Congress,Chinese discourse of ecological civilization is economy-construction-oriented,and it represents the interest of developing countries in terms of international communication;since the 18 th National Congress,Chinese discourse of ecological civilization is new-concept-oriented,and it proposes explicitly to "build an international voice for ecological civilization" in terms of international communication.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the value appeal of Chinese discourse of ecological civilization.In order to sort out the theoretical core of Chinese discourse of ecological civilization,this paper analyzes the embodiment of the principle of justice in the continuous development process of China’s ecological civilization discourse from three dimensions: inter-species justice,global intra-generational justice,and inter-generational justice.Finally,by sorting out the content and value appeals for the Chinese Discourse of ecological civilization,the practical way to realize the Chinese Discourse of ecological civilization is further proposed:make solid progress in the in-depth development of ecological civilization under the guidance of the ecological civilization construction theory in the new era so as to build a solid foundation for the Chinese Discourse of ecological civilization;enrich the content of Chinese Discourse of Ecological Civilization to enhance its academic innovation,explanatory power and attractiveness;promote the international dissemination of Chinese Discourse of Ecological Civilization by enriching communication methods and expanding communication channels.
