Research On The Justice Dimension Of The Rule Of Law Of Ecological Civilization

Justice attracts the eyes and wisdom of philosophers,politicians and economists all over the world with its broad implications.From Plato,Aristotle,David Hume,Adam Smith,Kant to Karl Marx,John Rawls.From Confucius,Mencius and Xunzi to xi jinping,people have been tireless in exploring this issue.In a sense,the history of human thought is a history of exploring and pursuing justice from different perspectives.The research on ecological justice is based on Marxist theory of justice,and aims to grasp the connotation,principle and development of ecological justice in China,and find the way to realize the construction of ecological civilization.At present,China’s ecological problems and justice issues are intertwined,and ecological injustice is very prominent.From the perspective of inter-species justice,environmental degradation has posed severe challenges to human and harmonious development,and affected the long-term development of the Chinese nation.From the perspective of domestic inter-regional justice,the economic and social gap between the eastern,central and western regions is constantly widening,and the ecological damage is different.The compensation for ecological damage cannot be timely and fair,which seriously affects the regional economic development and thus affects the economic development process of the whole country.From the perspective of inter-generational justice,if the ecological and environmental problems cannot be properly solved,it will not only fail to safeguard the interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,but also threaten the survival rights of future generations.The core of Marx and Engels’ ecological thought is to emphasize the unity of man and nature,man and man,man and society,and to realize the harmony between man and nature.The study of ecological justice in China starts from Marx and Engels’ ecological thought,summarizes the Marxist theory of justice,guides the systematic study of ecological justice in China,and promotes the realization of ecological rights and the solution of realistic injustice.Theory not only comes from practice,but also needs to serve practice and be verified by practice.Through to the judicial judgment document sample data analysis,the typicalenvironment theory in cases and legal texts,found in our country there is a generation of inter-generational ecological justice,regional ecological justice,community ecological justice,ecological compensation justice implementation difficulties,constructs and consummation ecological justice theory,to guide the practice of ecological justice in our country,and by establishing ecological consciousness,encouraging low-carbon green development,construction supervision and management system,improve the environmental legal system and so on four big path to realize the ecological justice,to accelerate the process of the realization of the construction of ecological civilization.
