| As an important part of municipal public services,the level of urban water supply and drainage and environmental governance will directly affect people’s daily life and social and economic development.With the opening of the national water and environmental protection market,China’s water sector has changed significantly,leading to the industry enterprises to bear the unprecedented pressure of survival and competition.As a local small and medium-sized water enterprise established shortly after the merger of tap water supply company and sewage treatment company,D water environment company lacks a clear development plan.It needs to comprehensively analyze the status,development trend and future prospect of water and environmental protection industry,make market positioning and strategic planning in combination with its own situation,and select appropriate development strategy to expand the scale of the enterprise,Increase income and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis takes D company as the research object,takes the literature method and field research method as the main research methods,comprehensively analyzes the current situation and development of the water industry,and comprehensively analyzes the environment of D company in combination with PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis,market analysis and internal environment analysis.Use the SWOT strategic analysis tool to analyze various opportunities and challenges of D company in the current market environment,as well as its own advantages and disadvantages,and put forward various strategic combinations through the SWOT analysis matrix.On this basis,according to the market positioning and corporate vision of D company,it is determined that D company should position its development strategy in SO strategy,that is growth strategy.For D company,it needs to take the water treatment business as the core,improve the management and service level by carrying out the upgrading of production and pipe network control technology,introduce strategic investors to inject vitality into the enterprise,deeply cultivate the sludge treatment business and actively explore the environmental protection market to find new revenue growth points.At the same time,we should ensure the safety of water supply,improve the level of informatization,raise funds through multiple channels and optimize the allocation of human resources to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.In this thesis,through study and formulate the development strategy of D company,explore the local small and medium-sized water companies in the increasingly fierce competition in the whole water market how to pass to the environmental development and transformation of the market,looking for new profit growth point,increase revenue,expand the scale of enterprises,and in obtaining economic benefits and social benefits.It can also provide a reference for other similar enterprises in the water sector. |
