With the accelerating pace of intelligent transformation of coal mine and the older generation of miners returning home for retirement,the new generation of miners has become the main group in the coal mine operation site.Compared with the old generation,the new generation of miners is a special group with intergenerational characteristics and occupational characteristics.Their diverse value cognition and interest demand make job satisfaction present unique and multidimensional characteristics.Statistics on coal mine casualties show that after the 90 s accounted for up to 70% of the casualties.The low age of the accident reflects the low safety level of the new generation of miners in coal mining enterprises at this stage.The spillover model of the relationship between job satisfact ion and subjective well-being holds that employees with high level of job satisfaction will have higher subjective well-being,and individuals will have more positive psychological feelings and experience,so they are willing to pay time and enthusiasm in their work and have a higher degree of job investment.In view of this,this paper innovatively integrates the dual characteristics of the era background of the coal mining industry and the intergenerational characteristics of the job satisfaction of the new generation of miners,subjective well-being and job involvement are introduced as mediating variables to deeply analyze the impact mechanism of job satisfaction on safety performance,in order to improve the present managers of coal mining enterprises to the attention of the miners and their job satisfaction.On the basis of combing and summarizing the literature related to the new generation of miners,job satisfaction,subjective well-being,job investment and safety performance,combined with behavior motivation theory,planned behavior theory and social exchange theory,this paper constructs a chain double intermediary model of job satisfaction and safety performance of the new generation of miners,so as to explore the path of job satisfaction various dimensions of the new generation of miners on safety performance,and analyze the role of subjective well-being and job investment.Based on the above hypothetical theoretical model,this paper mainly studies through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.According to the existing research results of job satisfaction,subjective well-being,job involvement and safety performance,various scales are designed,and a formal scale is formed after pre-test to carry out questionnaire survey.On this basis,SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 software are used to carry out demographic analysis,common method deviation test,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,direct effect test and intermediary effect test on the effective sample data of 256 new generation miners in coal mining enterprises.Finally,based on the summary of the research results,this paper puts forward specific management suggestions,and discusses the existing limitations and future research directions.The empirical study draws the following conclusions: firstly,the job satisfaction and each dimension of new generation miners are significantly positively correlated with safety performance.Secondly,subjective well-being plays an independent mediating role in the positive impact of job satisfaction on safety performance of the new generation of miners.Among them,subjective well-being plays a partial mediating role in the impact of satisfaction with work itself,satisfaction with work environment,satisfaction with pay,satisfaction with co-workers and satisfaction with leaders on safety performance.Thirdly,job involvement plays an independent mediating role in the positive impact of job satisfaction on safety performance of the new generation of miners.Among them,job involvement plays a complete mediating role in the impact of satisfaction with pay and satisfaction with co-workers on safety performance,while it plays a partial mediating role in the impact of satisfaction with work itself,satisfaction with work environment and satisfaction with leaders on safety performance.Fourthly,the new generation of miners’ job satisfaction and all dimensions affect safety performance through the chain mediating effect of subjective well-being and job involvement.Finally,based on the above conclusions and the actual situation of coal mining enterprises,this paper puts forward specific suggestions to promote the safety management level of coal mining enterprises from three aspects: improving the job satisfaction of the new generation of miners,improving subjective well-being and strengthening the level of job investment.The research expands the action path of the effect efficiency of job satisfaction and antecedent variablesafety of safety performance,opens the "black box" between job satisfaction and safety performance,and provides a new idea for managers of coal mine enterprises to improve the safety performance of the new generation of miners.
