Zhangjiamao coal mine of Shanxi coal group Co.Ltd is a new modern mines.There have some contradictions among the development of coal mine,the management mode and the working habits of miners.The effectiveness and reliability of safety management need to be improved and improved.To achieve the long-term development of the security,Zhangjiamao coal mine has to further optimized the safety management model,study the behavior safety capability of miners,and formulate the corresponding safety countermeasures.This paper takes the mechanized mining team workers and the comprehensive driving team workers of Zhangjiamao coal mine as the research object.Using the gauge and experimental measurement,the paper has tested psychological function and professional quality of staff layer and management layer and management factors of management layer,and measured the employee's behavior safety index data.The measurement index system of unsafe behavior of staff layer and management layer is set up.The index are quantified,and the quantitative test scheme of safety behavior of staff layer and management layer is established.Most staff,no depression/anxiety,had good performance in seriousness,risk prediction ability and reliability.Staff were relatively mature.But staff had poor mood and working environment,lack of safety regulation knowledge,and "three violations" behavior.Most managements,depression and no-anxiety,had good performance in earnest work style,risk prediction ability,safety reliability,management level and communication ability.Work task load of managements was moderate.But,managements had poor working enthusiasm and environment,lack of safety regulation knowledge,excessive physical workload and the phenomenon seeing "human feeling" in the presence of punishment.The main characteristics of staff with concentrated force,poor motor function,poor induction and poor perception are described.The main characteristics of the staff of the mechanized mining team were married,under 35 years old,junior college and below,contract workers and labor workers,stents and three mechanic,and irregular work.The main characteristics of the staff of the comprehensive driving team were married,41-50 years old,junior high school and below,nursing worker,early shift and irregular work.The overall behavior safety capability of employees and management is mostly in the normal range.Safety reliability of staff,finger coordination of staff of the mechanized mining team and safety ideological quality of managements of the comprehensive driving team have good level.Finger coordination and action coherence of staff of the comprehensive driving team and safety reliability of managements of the mechanized mining team have poor level.The safety management and control model of staff behavior of Zhangjiamao coal mine is established,and the safety management countermeasures of miners' behavior are put forward,such as the promotion management of the comprehensive quality of the workers,the management and control of the operation process,the management and control of the operation process of miners' working behavior.The results of this study can effectively improve the safety management level of Zhangjiamao coal mine,reduce the safety accident rate,decrease the accident disaster and increase the economic benefit of coal mine.
