Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has been developing rapidly.It’s comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced,the social development is changing rapidly,the people’s income has increased significantly,and the sense of acquisition and happiness has been improving.In this wave of development,the post-80 s and post-90 s new generation of employee have entered the main force of human resources and become the mainstay of most enterprises,and their unique growth environment makes them have distinctive personality characteristics.Therefore,for the new generation of employees,understanding their characteristics and ideas and meeting their needs in work can not only improve their enthusiasm and work efficiency,but also help them realize their own shortcomings,so that they can achieve self-development in the process of improving their work ability.For enterprises,studying the influencing factors of the new generation of employees’ work satisfaction can help managers understand the characteristics of employees,improve and innovate the traditional management methods,help enterprises better retain talents,reduce employee turnover and lay a talent foundation for the rapid development of enterprises.Cigarette Factory X in Shaanxi Province is one of the large-scale backbone enterprises of China National Tobacco Corporation and the largest cigarette manufacturer in the northwest China.It has always been based on the market and focusing on benefits,,constantly increasing economic benefits.Cigarette Factory X attaches great importance to the construction of talent team while focusing on product quality management.recruiting fresh graduates every year to supplement the new employees every year,with the continuous development of the enterprise,the proportion of its new generation of employees will become larger and larger.Therefore,studying the work satisfaction status,influencing factors and improvement measures of the new generation of employees in Cigarette Factory X will stimulate the enthusiasm of the new generation of employees and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.It has important practical significance.This thesis takes the job satisfaction of the new generation of employees in Cigarette Factory X as the research object.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the concepts and characteristics of the new generation of employees,the meaning of work satisfaction and relevant literature,and according to the actual situation of the new generation of employees in Cigarette Factory X,this thesis puts forward research assumptions and constructs a theoretical model.Based on the survey data,SPSS statistical software was used to conduct reliability analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.,and to explore the influencing factors of work satisfaction of new generation employees in Cigarette Factory X.According to the analysis results,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Through the above analysis,the thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)The overall satisfaction performance of the new generation employees in Cigarette Factory X is average,approaching satisfaction in the dimensions of organizational group,work itself and work value,and approaching average in the dimensions of work reward and management level.(2)Gender,age,education level,and marital status in the individual characteristics are significantly related to work satisfaction.(3)Management level,work return,work itself,organizational group and work value all have positive and significant impact on the work satisfaction of new generation employees in Cigarette Factory X;the degree of influence is as follows: management level >organizational group > work value > work return > work itself.(4)Cigarette Factory X should improve the work satisfaction of the new generation from the following aspects: improve management system and methods to enhance management level;build a sound compensation and welfare system to provide fair work returns;improve logistic services guarantee and improve the quality of working environment;strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and create harmonious organizational groups;increase publicity and training to establish scientific work values. |
