Research On Public Participation In Environmental Health Risk Regulation In My Countr

In recent years,environmental health damage events have occurred frequently,and environmental health risks have become an important incentive for environmental mass incidents.As environmental health risks cause direct or indirect damage to public health,the public’s awareness of rights protection is gradually strengthened.An effective way to solve mass incidents is to participate in the regulation of environmental health risks.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of public participation in environmental health risk regulation.The important concepts are defined,the function of environmental health risk regulation public participation is discussed,and the relevant theories of environmental health risk regulation public participation are analyzed.The second part examines the current situation of public participation in environmental health risk regulation in my country.Laws and regulations,rules and other normative documents were sorted out,and typical events of air pollution,soil pollution and water pollution were analyzed.The third part analyzes the legal problems of public participation in environmental health risk regulation in my country.It is mainly reflected in the imperfect public participation in environmental health risk assessment,poor public participation in environmental health risk communication,and incomplete public participation in environmental health risk management.The fourth part seeks solutions to the legal problems existing in the public participation in environmental health risk regulation in my country.It mainly includes increasing the protection of public participation in environmental health risk assessment,strengthening public participation in environmental health risk communication,and improving public participation in environmental health risk management.
