Hazardous chemical warehouses are places for storing,receiving and sending flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful chemical.Due to the large reserves of hazardous chemicals,various high risk,accidents such as casualties,property losses and environmental damage are prone to occur.Moreover,due to the difficulty in handling fire accidents,it often leads to the domino effect of accidents,which will cause serious deterioration of accidents.According to the analysis of relevant accident cases in hazardous chemical warehouses,it can be seen that human error is the direct cause of the accident.Therefore,in order to effectively curb the occurrence of safety accidents in hazardous chemical warehouses,safety training for operators in the storage and operation process is very necessary.Taking into account the disadvantages of traditional training such as low intuition,weak security,and poor repeatability,this paper takes a Class A hazardous chemical warehouse of a chemical company in Jiangsu as an example,combined with virtual reality technology,from the factory scene roaming,warehouse operation process simulation,Researched on risk identification training and emergency response to typical accidents,and designed and developed a virtual simulation training system for hazardous chemicals warehousing operation process based on Unity3 D engine and HTC VIVE equipment.This paper firstly studies a series of accident cases related to hazardous chemical warehouses,analyzes the existing problems of operation safety training in the operation process,discusses the possibility and value of applying virtual reality technology to solve the problems,and then anchors the actual needs in detail.The virtual simulation training system is designed,and the key technologies required to develop the function are deeply researched.Finally,the Unity3 D engine is used to build a virtual warehouse factory area,and system functions such as learning and assessment,hazardous chemical information retrieval,digital ledger,and operation process simulation interaction are designed and implemented.Among them,risk identification training and assessment based on JSA method and LEC method,the demonstration of various typical accident consequences of FTA method is the unique function output of this training system.This system realizes the transformation from the traditional plane training method to the immersive three-dimensional virtual simulation training system.It has excellent versatility,portability and expandability,and is of great significance to the training of hazardous chemicals warehousing operation process.
