With the acceleration of the process of world economic integration and the frequent trade contacts between countries,shipping will play an increasingly important role in the development of future trade.It will bring new opportunities and challenges.The fierce competition in bulk transport requires the operators of ports to improve the operational efficiency of ports.In the process of ship operation,there is a lot of space to improve the efficiency of the cabin cleaning operation,but the operation process,the degree of man-machine intersection,the degree of dispersing of the operation flow and the working condition are very complicated.If we blindly improve efficiency,there will be a high degree of safety risk.At the same time,the port operation environment has a great impact on the safety of workers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety evaluation of Caofeidian Port ore terminal and the cabin cleaning operation's optimization and safety measures.The thesis consists of the following parts.In the aspect of safety assessment,this paper makes full use of the checklist,and according to the relevant national standards,carries out a safety evaluation on four aspects of the equipment layout,technology,equipment and occupational disease of the Ore Wharf of Caofeidian port.The results of the analysis are all in accordance with the relevant national standards;The evaluation index system of port loading and unloading is established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and it is concluded that human factors are the main causes of the port safety accident,followed by management factors,goods state,equipment factors and environmental factors;The fault tree method is used to make a semi quantitative evaluation on the personal safety of the cabin workers in the cabin operation,and the conclusion that the personnel are far away from the hazard and do a good job of safety protection can effectively avoid the personal injury.First of all,by calculating the parameters of clean-up equipment and motion trajectory to clear the safe space,and then double-bucket two stacks for a clean-up operations as well as cabin,multi-purpose loader and bridge grab three main track orbit,Cross-operation,human-computer cross-cutting aspects of the risk analysis in advance to develop a double bucket two heap a clean operation of the safe operation of the process.Study four cyclists of a cycle of grasping a clean-up operations as well as cabin,multi-purpose loader and bridge grab the main body of the three tracks of equipment,cross-job,human-computer interaction in advance of risk analysis,developed a pile of four cycles of a bicycle Work safety operating procedures,safety precautions and safety practices.According to the theory,the unloading operation team at the scene in February 2014 optimized the cleaning operation according to the safety practices after the analysis and research.After comparative analysis,the optimized cleaning operation method is safe and reliable,and has a higher cleaning efficiency.
