The Simulation of Operating System is used more and more widely, and has also been gradually concerned in the field of oil-field safety operation training. At the present time, most of such systems which have been put into applications are single-mode, Simulation of the Cooperative-multiplayer-mode operating system has never been seen. Moreover, the research on the operating examination in virtual environment is still weak. It needs a breakthrough in this area. This paper is aimed to analyze and construct an training and examing system of oil-field safety operation in virtual environment. A development framework is designed and some relevant key technologies are discussed in details.1. This paper discusses the concept,the category,the structure and the development in the world of virtual environment. Illustrates the basic features,the research background and the research content of the training and examing system of oil-field safety operation in virtual environment. Designs the developing framework of the system and shows its functional modules related.2. The scientific knowledge description for simulation operation is the basis for system implementation. This paper divides knowledge in the system into six categories and gives method for knowledge description. In connection with the simulation operations for a collaborative model of multi-role, our study proposes a description method for procedural knowledge of four-layer structure model of SACA, analyzes a description method for control type of knowledge according to production rule, which provide the basis for building evaluation knowledge base.3. By using both qualitative and quantitative methods, our study builds up objective exam mechanism according to CTPT mode and constructs a comprehensive mathematical model of weighted. The system exam mode can both discriminate and interpret through reasoning machine under the training mode when a wrong operation occurred and can do calculation for scores of simulating operation process done by trainees under the exam mode. After examination, computers will give a detailed exam report objectively. Furthermore, Expert users introduced can make artificial appraisal subjectively according to replay video capture. The combination of both subjective and objective evaluations will lead to more scientific and accurate results. And the last, our study designs a management module in order to not only manage and maintain the exam results, but also modify the exam knowledge base as required.4. Based on the development framework of the training and examing system of oil-field safety operation in virtual environment, we have made a practical application example—the Oil-field Maintenance-job Task Simulation Operation&Exam System. This paper proposes functions and composition of this system. And introduces the implementation method of some functions such as human-computer interaction,level of detail,collision detection,accident effects simulation,subjective and objective evaluation and so on.The maintenance-job system based on our study in this paper has been developed successfully. The study on the development model and implementation method provide a useful reference for the future development of such systems.
