Research On Construction Safety Training Mode Based On Memory Forgetting Curve

Safety production is the most important issue in the construction of construction projects.Although safety production has attracted people's attention in recent years,safety problems are still serious in the actual production construction process.Human factors are the most important factors influencing production safety.Therefore,human safety awareness can be enhanced through safety training to achieve the purpose of improving the present situation of safety production.In order to improve the staff's effective memory,we can arrange reasonable training according to the changing rules of the memory curve to ensure the staff's ability to improve their memory The safety knowledge memory quantity is maintained above the qualified line which satisfies the enterprise safety production request.In order to arrange the appropriate safety training,we should determine the reasonable and effective time interval of safety training.Based on the Abinghaus memory forgetting curve,the experimenters are divided into two groups.First,according to the experimental data,MATLAB software is used to fit the curve,and the forgetting curve model of different training methods is established.Then the risk assessment method is used to classify the accident risk and the accident risk.After the completion of the first safety training,written text teaching and video multimedia teaching two ways to re-train the time node;finally,the model will be applied to the specific project An example of an old office building reconstruction project is analyzed to verify the practicability of the training model.
