| In the process of reform and development of state-owned enterprises,due to the constraints of region and industry,the changes of social concepts and personal thoughts,and even the restrictions of national policies and enterprise system,human resource management is gradually in trouble,and the loss of human resources is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the situation of professional and technical brain drain of Daqing Oilfield s company in recent years,according to the brain drain theory and the characteristics of brain drain of state-owned enterprises,this paper summarizes the causes of professional and technical brain drain,finds out the root of the problem and designs corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reasonable and effective human resource management ideas and measures for enterprises and guide the production and operation practice of enterprises.This paper first explains the research status of brain drain at home and abroad,briefly introduces the latest research results,expounds the necessity of carrying out this research,and formulates the research contents and methods.Secondly,it focuses on the theoretical basis to be used,including the concept and theory of brain drain,the scope and characteristics of professional and technical talents.Combined with the actual situation,it analyzes the characteristics of professional and technical brain drain in state-owned enterprises,and lists the two factor theory,demand level theory and expectation theory as the theoretical support of follow-up research.Next,through statistics and sorting out the development and loss data of professional and technical talent team of Daqing Oilfield s company in recent years,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of professional and technical talent loss of the company,exposes the possible problems and explains the impact.Then,the willingness of existing professional and technical talents is widely collected by issuing questionnaires,and their ideological roots are deeply explored by means of interview survey.According to the statistical data of the two survey results,the specific reasons for the loss of professional and technical talents are analyzed.Finally,according to the reasons found,targeted solutions are put forward to provide clear and effective management methods for enterprise transformation and upgrading and business efficiency,and inject greater talent vitality into enterprise reform and development. |
