With the continuous development of the market process,the flow of talent as an inevitable product of market development,has formed a relatively perfect pattern of operation.From the social point of view,the talent as a kind of high quality resources,the comprehensive influence of the internal and external factors under the flow of talent will produce a lot of human resources,optimize the re allocation in social development,maximizing the personnel structure,so as to realize the value of human resources value in a certain range.To further promote economic and social development.However,from the enterprise point of view,the loss of some core skills and core personnel will have a serious impact on the development of enterprises.Oil company has been the main support of our national economy,the industry by professional and special effects,the oil industry of high technology,to rely on talent,especially after entering the development stage,development difficulty increases,the survival and development of the increase of pressure,on innovation driven demand appears more urgent.But at the same time,the problem of the loss of talents in petroleum enterprises have gradually become prominent.Since the eighteen years since the party,the central government has attached great importance to the construction of the system and mechanism of the contingent of qualified personnel,and formulated and promulgated the opinions on deepening the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development.Oil companies to seriously implement the central spirit of talent reform made many useful exploration and practice,but from the full release of the vitality of the institutional mechanism there are many gaps,and the influence of the traditional thinking,scientific development and management of human resources is not enough.At the same time,the development trend of economic globalization,many advanced foreign oil companies to enter the domestic market,the domestic oil market to go abroad,to participate in the global oil trade,foreign oil companies to implement the localization of management,a large number of petrochemical poach talent,caused by the phenomenon of the loss of talents in petroleum enterprises increased year by year.This paper uses the theory of talent flow,combined with the actual petroleum enterprises in China,with XX oilfield as an example,analysis of nearly five years since the XX oil drain system,analyzes the characteristics of XX oil drain,and the cause of brain drain,and expounds the deep influence on the loss of talent flow in XX oil field the oil industry at home and abroad to prevent the typical case and the experience of talent loss,and puts forward the Preventive Countermeasures of brain drain,strengthen scientific management talents.
