In modern economic society,human resource is the first resource.Talent advantage is the core part of the resource advantage.In the era of knowledge-driven economy,the most critical,and fundamental competition between enterprises is the talent competition.The petroleum reformed enterprise services in the oilfield is highly dependent on talents.With the establishment of the socialist market economy,every social field is making a complex and profound change,which has brought some impact to the talents' loyalty.Many people abandoned original oil companies,seeking new jobs.This paper analyzes the important causes of the brain drain problem of a certain reformed enterprise in Xinjiang oilfield through questionnaire survey,the object of the investigation is the personnel who left the enterprise in the past three years.And puts forward corresponding solutions according to these courses.Through the analysis of the paper,the following conclusions are drawn: There are many reasons contribute to the brain drain of the reformed enterprise.Therefore,we should solve the problems from multiple angles.Human resource management system is not perfect.The awareness of leadership human resource is not strong.Strengthening the training and guidance of staff can also effectively prevent the occurrence of brain drain.Based on the analysis of the present situation,causes and countermeasures of the brain drain of the reformed enterprise,it is expected to provide the basis for the petroleum reformed enterprise to find out the factors that affect their brain drain.And give the human resource managers in the enterprise some practical guidance in terms of personnel policy.
