SIGI is a comprehensive geological prospecting unit which integrates geological research,geotechnical consultation,geological engineering and asset operation.It was founded in June 1958.In the process of building an innovative team of professional and technical personnel in geological prospecting,SIGI has made some achievements in the education and training of technical personnel.However,SIGI currently lacks a systematic system in the management of professional and technical personnel training,which results in that the existing education and training methods,training content and training curriculum cannot fully meet the needs of professional and technical personnel team building,and professional and technical personnel training has not really achieved the goal of improving the performance of professional and technical personnel.Based on literature review,interviews and questionnaires,this paper studies the connotation of training needs at home and abroad and the analysis methods of training needs.On the basis of literature review,interviews and questionnaires,it understands the current situation of SIGI professional and technical personnel training needs,and analyses the problems and reasons that restrict the training of SIGI professional and technical personnel.Lack of human resources planning,inadequate training needs analysis,lack of evaluation of training management,lack of incentive mechanism in training management directly affect the training effect of professional and technical talents.Based on the results of the investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures and suggestions on SIGI professional and technical personnel training from four aspects: matching human resources planning,carrying out training needs analysis,establishing scientific training evaluation mechanism and establishing perfect training incentive mechanism.The Optimized Countermeasures in this paper can provide theoretical basis and decision support for SIGI to solve the problems existing in the current professional and technical personnel training and professional and technical personnel education and training,and also provide reference and methodological support for the professional and technical personnel education and training of other geological prospecting institutions.
