In the era of rapid development of knowledge economy,the key to determine whether an enterprise can stand firm in the competitive tide lies in knowledge resources and talents.There are two ways to acquire talents,one is the external introduction of talents,the other is the cultivation of internal talents.And training is crucial to the cultivation of internal talents and should be given full play to.This article selects the LG group,professional and technical personnel training as the research object,the methods of literature study,investigation,interview,through the analysis of the external environment of LG group,at the same time,analyzes the present situation of the company human resources management and the problems existing in the professional and technical personnel training,the training needs analysis,system construction,training content and methods,training evaluation are analyzed,and find out the problems of each link,and optimized improvement measures are put forward.Through analysis,it is found that LG group’s professional and technical personnel training has some problems,such as insufficient training demand analysis,lack of long-term training system planning,inadequate design of training courses,unitary training methods and methods,and imperfect training evaluation system.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the optimization of LG group of professional and technical personnel training principles and specific measures,that the group of professional and technical personnel training shall be combined with enterprise’s development strategy,optimize the demand analysis of each dimension,perfect training system construction,the innovation training content and form,improve the training evaluation system and the corresponding security measures.Through these measures,help LG group to carry out professional and technical personnel training,ensure the effectiveness of training follow-up results,and hope that the content of this paper can provide reference for the training of professional and technical personnel in the same type of enterprises. |
