| In recent years,more and more petrochemical construction practitioners began to pay attention to the quality management of process pipeline,what kind of management scheme is adopted to ensure the construction quality of process pipeline has become a new direction of process pipeline construction quality control research.At the same time,all kinds of engineering project management in China is in a state of continuous development,with the maturity of technology and construction method and the improvement of construction capacity of mechanical equipment in each project,the progress of the project has been continuously accelerated.However,quality is always the decisive factor for the success of the project.Therefore,the comprehensive requirements of project quality management are more and more strict,and the quality control is more and more standardized.Taking project Y as the research object,this paper studies the quality control of project Y.Firstly,it introduces the research background and research purpose of the paper,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of quality control,the content of project quality control and related theories.Then,the general situation of Y project is introduced,and the necessity of quality control of Y project is analyzed.On this basis,the questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to understand the existing and possible quality problems in the construction process of project Y,mainly including the problems of inadequate standard learning,poor communication with the supervisor,inadequate quality monitoring of raw materials,insufficient investment in environmental protection logistics.In the interim stage,there may be problems such as lax material quality inspection,uneven skill level of pipeline welding personnel and insufficient attention to key special processes.In the post event stage,there may be problems such as chaotic quality acceptance process,lack of quality control data record collection and inadequate logistics support in the later stage.In order to solve the above problems and realize total quality management,this paper designs the quality control scheme of Y project from the three stages of project quality control,including strict learning of relevant standards in advance,timely establishing effective communication with the supervisor,ensuring the quality of purchased raw materials,restricting the behavior of construction team members,and doing a good job in environmental protection and logistics support;Strengthen the quality inspection and management of construction materials,strengthen the assessment of pipeline welding personnel in the construction stage,and strengthen the monitoring of key special processes;Afterwards,control the quality acceptance process,collect quality control data records,and do a good job in later logistics support.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme,safeguard measures are put forward from four aspects: organization,material,personnel and capital to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.Through the research of this paper,it aims to improve the total quality management level of Y project and provide reference for the quality control of similar projects. |
