Research On The Quality Improvement Method Of Welding Too

Manufacturing is a pillar industry of the national economy,of which tool manufacturing sector as a basis for the manufacturing industry is an important part of the manufacturing sector,but the quality of the tool is an important factor restricting the development of tool manufacturing.Therefore,quality management is the key tool manufacturing quality control and the core to strengthen our tool core competition of enterprises.In the background of K company tool manufacturing process and the products quality issues.This paper uses the quality management methods to analyze the production quality issues.By pareto chart to find out the key defects of the brazing problems.We use fishbone diagram and other quality tools to analyze the root causes of management from the aspects of human,machine,material and method also environment(4M1E).Finally,according to the analysis of the root causes of management,using Six Sigma,SPC control chart,and other quality management tools to develop effective management measures for the system and process.During the finish regrinding process,we define the relationship of the tool surface and workpiece surface.Based on the customer workpiece surface requirement,we get the tool surface control point,after improvement,we can see the tool surface much more stable.For coating process,we find coating thickness is the key fact for the coating process.We use match and pair for coating thickness control.Brazed tool manufacturing process is a small batch production,we cannot get enough data,we cannot use (?)-R diagram for process control.We find the tool with same quality characteristics,we put them into a group to get the standard data for diagram.In this study,combined with the traditional quality management concept,aiming at the management characteristics of small batch of tool manufacturing,a series of quality management schemes were adopted in each dimension of 4M1 E.A scheme for quality management of tool small batch manufacturing is proposed.After this improvement the production cost is saving more than 30%,the company get more orders from customer also customer saving 90000 RMB for the transportation stock.In the last 2 years K company win the order more than 2 million RMB.
