| On the social level,the petrochemical industry is one of the important supporting forces for the development of urban roads,and the completion of the gas station also contributes to the development of the road network.Therefore,the smooth implementation of the gas station construction project is not only affecting the development of urban traffic,but also affecting the safety of the lives and property of the citizens.The gas station construction project itself belongs to the hazardous chemicals industry,and the construction has a unique nature,In combination with the complexity of geological conditions in Guizhou Province,the quality management of its construction process is more difficult to control.For the development of G Petroleum Company,the new project A is located in Xiuwen County,Guiyang City,and the company belongs to a blank area in this area.Therefore,the completion of the project is of great significance.Therefore,the project will be put into operation safely and smoothly.The text should carry out effective and scientific quality management research.This paper takes the A new project of G Petroleum Company as the research object.First,based on the management theory related to the project quality and the current situation of the quality management of the A gas station project,from the 4M1 E analysis method,it obtains various problems affecting the quality in the whole process of the quality management of the A gas station project,including personnel,raw materials,mechanical equipment,technical methods,and environmental factors.Secondly,qualitative methods such as literature,case analysis,PDCA cycle theory,WBS work structure decomposition,fishbone diagram analysis and other qualitative methods are used to decompose the process layer by layer,and quality improvement strategies are proposed to further optimize the quality management process of A gas station project.Finally,combined with the enterprise’s internal HSE management system manual as a standardized benchmarking document,the improved process is evaluated and fed back to form a closed loop,and the project quality management is found to be improved,The above management measures have improved the quality management level of A gas station project,which shows that the above methods are effective and can be further applied to other project management of G Petroleum Company. |
