In recent years,various emergencies in cities have emerged one after another,causing huge economic losses and casualties.There are many types of emergencies,and even the same type of emergencies have different emergency response methods.In particular,there is a problem of unclear emergency response to emergencies in the transportation industry,and it is impossible to effectively carry out emergency response assessment.In order to better respond to emergencies in the transportation industry,improve emergency response capabilities,and enhance the familiarity of emergency personnel with emergency plans,it is often necessary to repeatedly carry out emergency drills,resulting in a large amount of manpower and material resources for traditional emergency drills.The emergence of virtual simulation emergency drills solves this problem to a certain extent,breaks the constraints of time and space,and greatly reduces the economic cost of real-life drills.However,there are few simulation scenarios for emergencies in the transportation industry,and the simulation effect is poor..Moreover,due to the lack of effective evaluation methods in virtual simulation exercises,the weak links in the emergency plan and emergency response process cannot be found in time.In order to clarify the emergency response measures for different types and levels of transportation industry emergencies,enrich the simulation scenarios,and evaluate emergency response more scientifically and efficiently,it is necessary to explore the methods of virtual simulation and emergency response evaluation.In response to the above problems,in order to train emergency personnel to be familiar with the emergency response process and carry out virtual emergency response drill evaluation,this paper sorts out the emergency data of the transportation industry,clarifies the simulation drill scenarios,and builds the emergency event scenario database.The design is based on "scenario-response" The emergency response simulation deduction model has clarified the emergency response process for emergencies in the transportation industry.Then,the three-dimensional simulation of the emergency situation is carried out,and the emergency response evaluation work of the transportation industry is carried out according to the scene elements in the emergency situation database.Finally,on this basis,a virtual drill system for emergency response evaluation in the transportation industry is built.Through this system,emergency personnel can conduct virtual emergency response capability assessment,and through repeated training and assessment,they can improve their emergency response capabilities and their familiarity with emergency plans,so as to achieve the effect of strengthening the emergency management level of the urban transportation industry.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the spatial characteristics of emergencies in the transportation industry and combined with text materials such as emergency plans,a data-driven scenario library is established,and emergent events are expressed by constructing scenario models.The emergency data is divided into typical emergency cases and atypical emergency cases according to a certain proportion,and the emergency response process of typical emergency cases is determined by the method of case analysis,and then the "scenario-response" method is used to simulate the The emergency response process of atypical emergency cases is performed,and the emergency situation database of the transportation industry is enriched according to the situation changes of the process.(2)Use the open-source Cesium engine to perform three-dimensional simulation of the scene elements in the emergency scene library.The three-dimensional visualization simulation of sudden events such as rainfall and landslides is realized.At the same time,it was found in the research that Cesium could not complete the simulation of emergencies very well,so the Unreal 4 engine,which is more compatible with Cesium,was introduced to improve the 3D simulation effect of emergencies and their disposal processes,and to realize the simulation of emergencies such as rocks falling on mountains and rocks.The rendering of dynamic effects of events enhances the realism of virtual emergency drill scenes.The research results show that Cesium is suitable for macroscopic 3D simulation of emergency disposal process,while UE4 is suitable for microscopic emergency disposal action simulation.(3)Establish an evaluation model based on emergency response to emergencies.The evaluation model conducts evaluations based on the case scenarios in the emergency scenario database of the transportation industry.The Delphi method was used to establish an emergency response evaluation system.In the study,it is found that the importance of emergency response cannot be compared,so it is proposed that the first-and second-level indicators use the analytic hierarchy process,and the third-level index adopts a variety of objective weighting methods to determine the index weight of the evaluation system.After experiments and comparisons,it is found that the model has good stability,and the evaluation indicators are scientific and objective,so the evaluation model can realize the evaluation of emergency response capabilities in the transportation industry.(4)Design and implement the Web GIS system based on the evaluation system of emergency response capability in the transportation industry.Through the front-end development technologies such as Web Socket and Flask,the research results such as the emergency scenario library and the emergency response capability evaluation model are combined to form a complete system,including user login,scenario simulation,publishing tasks,actual combat assessment,assessment and evaluation,etc.Function.Improve the emergency response ability of emergency personnel,and provide decision support for emergency managers in the process of emergency response.
