Since the beginning of 2020,both e-commerce and the real business economy have been severely affected by the Novel Coronavirus impact.Especially for the relatively concentrated crowd of construction projects,the economic impact is even worse: at the same time,they face multiple pressures such as possible shutdown and standby,timely completion and delivery,and payment of staff salaries.In the face of severe external situation,while seeking external development,Inner Mongolia Middle and high School phase I project is introspecting internally,especially the construction and evaluation of middle-level managers’ performance assessment index system is more reasonable and scientific,so that the project progress is more efficient.The research object is the performance appraisal index system and evaluation of middle managers in middle and high school projects in Inner Mongolia.On the basis of summarizing the current research results of performance appraisal at home and abroad,the relevant theories and methods of performance appraisal are summarized by literature survey,and the research contents and methods are clarified.By understanding Inner Mongolia high profile first phase of the project construction and high project management organization setup,defines project middle management and its characteristics,and through the interview method to understand and summarizes the common problems and causes in past project performance evaluation and follow the principle of performance evaluation index system to determine,according to the needs of middle managers performance evaluation,Clear target and principle of performance evaluation index system of building,by using the principle of the balanced scorecard strategic target decomposition project,department goal,finally combining principle of key performance indicators(kpis),determined by the method of literature investigation,interview and so on analysis summary middle managers performance evaluation indicators and the secondary,using ahp to calculate and determine the corresponding index weight,build a performance evaluation index system.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Delphi method,combined with the weight of indicators at all levels to calculate the middle managers performance evaluation comprehensive evaluation score,complete the middle managers performance evaluation comprehensive evaluation. |
