| The management system is an effective internal operation rule of an organization and the basis for the organization to implement performance appraisal activities under certain rules,High quality management system will play a supporting role in the operation of organizational performance appraisal system,and promote the regular operation of organizational performance appraisal system.The design of low quality management system reduces the probability of achieving organizational performance appraisal management objectives,and may even lead to organizational operation in a state of chaos.Therefore,the management system design must meet the needs of the organization’s performance appraisal management operation,and continue to improve.This paper takes the human resource management system of the General Management Department of G Company as the research object,uses questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to collect data,and applies the management system design quality evaluation model to diagnose and analyze the current situation of the organizational performance appraisal management system of the General Management Department of G Company.The analysis shows that the organizational performance appraisal management system of the General Management Department of Company G has some problems,such as vague objectives,defects in the system of constraint objects,insufficient correspondence between the content of personnel,operable space in the division of labor between personnel,insufficiently specific regulations on personnel inspection,urgent need to improve the transparency of personnel rewards and punishments,uncertainty in system evaluation,and lack of standardization in system revision.Aiming at the above problems,propose targeted improvement measures,and finally evaluate the effect of improvement through investigation. |
