Research On Performance Management Of M Project

EPC(engineering procurement construction)mode is a subcontracting mode in which the owner adopts the overall subcontracting mode of the project to uniformly subcontract the design,procurement,construction,commissioning and other sub projects to a general contractor,who completes all processes and hand over them to the owner as a whole.Under this situation,the owner does not need to subcontract separately according to the divisional and subdivisional works,and there will be less subcontractors,which greatly saves the time,cost and management difficulty.The general contracting enterprise has mastered the whole process of design,procurement and construction and the overall management power of the whole project construction.It can better arrange the connection of processes,reduce the workload of external communication and coordination,and uniformly arrange the design scheme,material supply,resource allocation and other work,which greatly shortens the construction period.EPC mode is a special project management mode,EPC project adopts the current performance appraisal method commonly used by enterprises,which obviously has great inapplicability.This paper selects the M project of Petro China Pipeline Construction Project as the research object,comprehensively combs the problems and deficiencies of the project performance management system through employee interviews and questionnaires,redesigns it with the latest performance management theories and methods,constructs a new performance management system,and selects unit performance indicators and employee performance indicators around the three elements of project management,The assessment cycle is set according to the specific situation of the project,and the implementation is organized.Through this practice,this paper discusses the key points of the construction of EPC project performance management system,and summarizes the experience in the implementation process,in order to provide reference for EPC project management.
