Human resource is the new energy at present,so as the talents.It is very important for an enterprise to attract outstanding people,maintain the stability of the team,and develop together with employees.In this rapid changing and fierce competitive society,welfare is undoubtedly one of the most effective and important means to attract elites,retain talents,motivate employees and improve efficiency.But for aging state-owned enterprises,many of the things have become should-be courses.In fact,welfare is also a kind of cost,and there are many problems during the implementation process.With the rapid developing and reformation,state-owned enterprises are urgently facing the situation of improving the management level,attracting excellent talents,stabilizing the staff and enhancing their competitiveness.But at current,in our country,welfare policy still exists many shortcomings,therefore,how to effectively overcome the shortage of traditional welfare system legacy,and how to promote state-owned enterprise welfare policies to a better direction,it will be the key in state-owned enterprises reformation.In addition,through the study of welfare policies of state-owned enterprises,it can also promote the pace of reforming.This paper takes A state-owned enterprise as an example and invests the current situation of its employee welfare.Firstly,I review the literatures and the concept of employee benefits and introduce the researches situation.Secondly,A survey was conducted to analyze the current welfare policy's design and satisfaction of enterprise.Then point out the existing problems and causes.Lastly,I will propose some suggestions for the new welfare policy.
