"Carbon Peaking" refers to the peak of carbon dioxide emissions in a country,region or economy,and no longer increase;for the emission of carbon dioxide,we should take various ways to offset it,such as planting trees,energy saving and emission reduction,which is"Carbon Nutralization".China proposes to strive to reach the peak by 2030,and strive to achieve Carbon neutralization by 2060.The goal of achieving peak carbon and Carbon neutralization will have a huge impact on all aspects of our lives.Existing research suggests that an important way to achieve carbon peaking and carbon nutralization(CPCN)goal is to promote the conversion of various types of energy consumption in various industries to electricity and realize electric energy substitution;and then to achieve CPCN in the power industry by vigorously developing new energy generation.In this context,power supply companies,as a key part of power consumption,are facing new development opportunities and challenges.Moreover,whether the power supply company,as a key part of the power consumption supply side,can formulate a development strategy that meets the requirements of the goal of CPCN is also of great significance to whether China can achieve the goal on schedule.This thesis takes BZ Power Supply Company as the research object,based on theories related to strategic management,and uses tools such as PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the internal and external environmental situation of the company,identify the current opportunities and threats of the company,and clarify the disadvantages and advantages of the company.The external opportunities currently available to BZ Power Supply Company are:rapid growth of new energy vehicles,widespread promotion of electric heating,air pollution prevention and control,new and old kinetic energy projects and provincial major projects settled in BZ.The major external threats are:the impact of the COVID-19 on economic development,the reform of state-owned enterprises puts forward higher requirements for business operation,the deepening reform of the power supply system,and the threat brought by the development of distributed photovoltaic.The main internal advantages that the company has at present are the following:good government-enterprise relations,brand advantages,human resource advantages,and corporate governance advantages;while the main internal disadvantages of the company are:the internal distribution and incentive system is not yet perfect,the operating area is strictly restricted,the lack of competition awareness,and serious staff turnover in front-line positions.Through the study,BZ Power Supply Company has done a better job in seizing external opportunities.For example,in response to the favorable factors of rapid development of new energy vehicles,the company has taken measures such as increasing investment in charging pile construction to achieve full coverage of charging piles within the city and county.However,there is still much room for improvement in coping with internal disadvantages,for example,the current distribution incentive system is not flexible enough and does not provide obvious incentives to employees,which needs to be reformed in time to enhance employees’ motivation.Based on a full analysis of the company’s internal and external situation,and then using tools such as the SWOT analysis method,combined with questionnaires and interviews,we propose that the company should adopt forward integration development strategy.The main content of the development strategy is,firstly,to increase investment in power grid construction and accelerate the construction of Smart-Grid;Secondly,to improve the service quality by optimizing the process of power supply and shortening the time of power supply;Thirdly,to vigorously promote electric energy substitution in high energy-consuming places such as industrial parks and commercial complexes and provide comprehensive energy efficiency services;Fourthly,to actively respond to the trend of rapid development of new energy power generation,and start from multiple angles such as source,grid,load and storage.We will improve the capacity of new energy consumption and strengthen the synergy of grid operation.In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,safeguards have been formulated.First,accelerating the implementation of the human resource system reform with the focus on improving the motivation of employees;Second,implementing digital transformation at the management system and specific business levels to improve work efficiency;Third,making full use of existing resources and increase investment in scientific research to enhance the company’s independent innovation capability.This thesis studies the development strategy of power supply companies under the goal,which has certain practical significance for guiding the development of companies.At the same time,it also has some reference significance for studying the impact of carbon peaking and carbon neutral on specific enterprises.In this thesis.I analyze the internal and external environment of BZ Power Supply Company based on the theory of strategic management and use PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Model to identify the current opportunities and threats of the company,and clarify the disadvantages and advantages of the company.Using SWOT analysis and other tools,combined with the current situation of the company,the company should adopt a
