| At present,the data center industry is developing rapidly,but many data center enterprises pursue the development speed and lack effective measures for carbon emission.The proposal of green development strategy is the inevitable choice of COSCO data in the face of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals requirements and market competition environment.This paper takes the green development of ocean data company as the research object,and uses PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis as the research model.Firstly,combined with the current "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" background,consulting the research literature at home and abroad,this paper discusses the necessity of ocean data company to formulate and implement the green development strategy.Secondly,based on PEST model analysis,it is found that China’s policy environment is good,and the overall economic environment maintains an upward growth trend.The proposal of digital economy and the rapid development of 5G technology and cloud computing technology have greatly increased the amount of data,increased the demand for data centers,and improved environmental awareness has also promoted the green development of data centers.Based on the analysis of Porter’s five forces model: starting from the data center market environment,the competition in China’s data center industry is still fierce,the entry barriers are not high,potential competitors emerge in endlessly,the existing leading enterprises have a solid industry position and rich experience in green development.Then,the necessity and main influencing factors of green development of COSCO data company are analyzed through interviews.Based on SWOT qualitative analysis,it is concluded that ocean data company has deep background and sufficient funds;There are many cases of green data center experience and a steady stream of advantages of suitable human resources,but there is also a lack of green data center technology,and the equipment needs to be updated;Low bargaining power;The green development concept of enterprise managers is not enough,which is prone to the disadvantage of management problems.Based on the above analysis of the internal and external environment of ocean data company,the conclusion that the green development strategy of ocean data company should be carried out based on SO strategy is obtained by using QSPM quantitative analysis matrix.According to the actual situation of COSCO data,the whole green development strategy stage is divided into the consolidation foundation stage and the comprehensive development stage,and the specific implementation plan of green development strategy is formulated in two stages: in the consolidation foundation stage,COSCO data company should actively purchase renewable energy and clean energy;Promote the technological innovation of data center,update the hardware with high energy consumption,and build a digital technology platform based on cloud computing;Adjust the organizational structure of enterprises and establish a green development department;Create a green development corporate culture.In the stage of all-round development,COSCO should invest in the construction of renewable energy and clean energy,cultivate green innovative talents and build a green data center brand;Build a "full flash data center". |
