Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Waste Management In Fucheng District, Mianyang Cit

In recent years,China’s rural economy continues to develop rapidly,but the problem of rural domestic waste pollution is becoming more and more serious,which has endangered the health and life safety of rural residents,and has become a highly concerned and urgent problem for the people.In recent years,the country has carried out a series of governance for rural domestic waste,and achieved certain results,but still can not meet the rapid development of rural economic and social level.The output of rural domestic waste is increasing rapidly,but the existing rural domestic waste treatment facilities are seriously insufficient.The investment of rural domestic waste treatment is also far behind that of the city,and the treatment is difficult.Since 2010,the amount of rural domestic waste in China has increased in varying degrees every year,with the maximum annual growth rate as high as 51%.In 2017,the total amount of waste reached 5 billion tons.Rural waste treatment has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies the problems of rural domestic waste treatment in Fucheng District of Mianyang City,objectively analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the process of rural domestic waste treatment in Fucheng District,combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad,puts forward some suggestions,hoping to provide some help for rural domestic waste treatment in Fucheng District and other areas.First of all,through the network,school library and other ways to access a large number of Chinese and foreign literature,and fully communicate with the instructor,collect and understand the achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of rural domestic waste treatment,learn from the relevant theoretical knowledge of rural domestic waste treatment,and clarify the significance of rural domestic waste treatment.Secondly,sampling and investigation were carried out in some villages and towns of Fucheng District.Through questionnaires and interviews,the current situation of rural domestic waste treatment and the concerns of rural residents in Fucheng District were understood.Combined with relevant data,the characteristics of rural domestic waste in Fucheng District were summarized,and the current rural waste treatment system and process were introduced,The policies,measures,effects and experiences of rural domestic waste treatment in Fucheng District were summarized.Find out the problems of slow progress of hardware facilities construction,single way of garbage disposal,insufficient financial support,low participation of villagers,and analyze the reasons for the lack of scientific planning,lack of professionals,single financing channels,and insufficient publicity.Finally,based on the experience and Enlightenment of rural comprehensive environmental treatment at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems existing in rural domestic waste treatment in Fucheng District from the aspects of waste classification,waste collection and transportation,waste treatment,etc.,and proposes to strengthen the overall planning,strengthen the team construction,establish a multi input fund guarantee mechanism,strengthen the management of rural domestic waste It is hoped that it will be helpful to the rural domestic waste treatment in Fucheng District and other areas,and contribute to the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
