Research On Rural Household Garbage Treatment In Henan Province

At present,with the rapid development of the economy in the rural areas of our country,the living standard and consumption ability of the peasants are gradually enhanced,at the same time,the output of the rural domestic waste is also increasing rapidly and the composition is more complex.The pollution of rural human settlements and ecological environment is becoming more and more serious,which eventually leads to the destruction of rural human settlements,and the problem of treatment of rural domestic waste is going to be severe.Under this background,It is easy to cause the contradiction between the farmers’ increasing good life and the quality of rural human settlements.At present,at the time of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the improvement of the rural human settlements environment has been attached great importance,in which the effective treatment of rural domestic waste has become the key link to improve the rural human settlements environment.It has also become the focus of work to promote the construction of eco-livable rural areas.Therefore,how to improve farmers’ awareness of the main body of rural domestic garbage treatment,to build a new model of rural domestic garbage treatment,to increase the investment in rural domestic garbage treatment infrastructure,ensuring the quality of rural human settlements is related to the steady economic development of the country and the construction of people’s livelihood.This study is based on the severe situation of rural environmental problem in China and the prominent problems in the treatment of rural domestic waste in Henan Province.Taking 621 peasant households in Xiuwu County as the research object in the process of garbage treatment.It is found that there are still some facts in the treatment of domestic garbage in rural areas,such as inadequate understanding of the main body of domestic garbage treatment,inadequate supply of governance facilities,serious formalization of governance facilities,and a single behavior and mode of treatment.These deficiencies in governance have seriously restricted the rural revitalization and rural human settlements construction.The analysis of its causes not only includes the endophytism of insufficient government propaganda consciousness and supervision,but also includes the lack of investment in rural environmental protection funds and theinherent deficiency of backward classification and management technology.In order to solve the problem of municipal solid waste treatment in rural areas of the province,it is necessary for the government to strengthen the mechanism of propaganda,education and guidance,as well as the investment in supporting facilities for rural sanitation.It is also necessary to strengthen the legal construction of the treatment of rural domestic waste and perfect the rules and regulations of the treatment of rural domestic waste,as well as to actively construct a new model of classified treatment of rural domestic waste.Finally,we can improve the living conditions of rural human settlements,optimize the allocation of social and public resources,solve the problems of treatment of rural domestic waste,promote the economic development of Henan Province,and guarantee the ecological civilization.
