| The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly stressed that,rural and agricultural development must be given priority,only by unswervingly implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy can we realize our dream of building a beautiful China,make the countryside more beautiful,the green mountains more abundant,the clear water more clear and the blue sky more transparent,in China’s strategic plan for rural revitalization,improving the appearance of villages is a very important part of it,in the task of renovating and improving the appearance of villages,the treatment of rural garbage is one of the most core contents,only by doing a good job in rural garbage treatment can we build an ecological civilized countryside.However,because the treatment of domestic waste in rural areas is closely related to people’s lives,in the process of actual implementation,there are often many influencing factors,so governance is complicated,the current governance practice still faces many challenges.This paper selects F City as a case study,based on the literature analysis of its treatment of rural waste,Interviews and questionnaires were conducted with grass-roots government personnel,sanitation personnel and villagers,and carefully combed,summarized and analyzed the results,sort out and summarize the current situation of rural domestic waste treatment in F City,and find the main problems existing in rural domestic waste treatment in F City,and the main reasons for the poor treatment effect of rural domestic waste in F City,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the causes of these main problems.This paper studies the treatment of rural domestic waste in F City from seven aspects.The first part is the introduction,combined with the literature at home and abroad,summarizes the current progress of rural domestic waste treatment,forms the relevant paper framework,and expounds the application value and limitations of the paper;The second part mainly defines the connotation of rural domestic waste treatment and combs the relevant research theories;The third part is mainly about the literature analysis,interview survey and questionnaire survey on the treatment of rural domestic waste in F City;The fourth part summarizes the problems and reasons of rural domestic waste treatment in F City through the analysis of relevant literature,interviews and questionnaire survey results;The fifth part mainly analyzes the advanced experience of the United States,Japan,Changyi and Tonglu in rural domestic waste treatment;The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures applicable to the treatment of rural domestic waste in F City Based on the research and analysis results and advanced experience;The seventh part is the conclusion. |
