Study On The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste In Xingtai City

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to "plan for development from the perspective of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature".Therefore,doing a good job in managing rural household waste and creating an ecological and livable rural living environment is an essential part of reflecting the concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.According to the Report on the Work of the Government issued by Xingtai Municipal People’s Government in February 2018,Xingtai Municipal People’s Government has begun to attach importance to the treatment of rural domestic waste,and has made initial progress.However,based on the comprehensive data of actual research,there are still some unresolved issues in the treatment of rural household waste in Xingtai City.For example,how to carry out garbage classification work more efficiently,how to increase the enthusiasm of villagers to invest in rural household waste management work,and how to better leverage the effectiveness of governance entities are many issues.Whether these issues can be effectively solved has practical significance for the rural household waste management work in Xingtai City.This article conducts a comprehensive research and analysis of relevant literature and materials at home and abroad,guided by theories such as environmental governance theory,collaborative governance theory,and farmer behavior theory.Through field visits,telephone interviews,questionnaire surveys,and other research methods,it comprehensively understands the progress and problems of rural household waste management in Xingtai City,and obtains relevant data.This article mainly discusses the current situation of rural household waste treatment in Xingtai City from four aspects,including the regional overview of Xingtai City,the process of rural household waste treatment in Xingtai City,and the progress of rural household waste treatment work;And based on the current situation of rural household waste management in Xingtai City,the main difficulties faced by the current work have been identified,including low effectiveness of the governance entities,weak environmental awareness of rural residents,insufficient governance funds,and relatively lagging rural household waste management methods;On this basis,combined with the experience and reference of domestic rural household waste management,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: fully leveraging the effectiveness of the governance body,improving the environmental awareness of rural residents,doing a good job in financial security,and innovating governance methods.
