Research On The Fire Training Effectiveness Of Civil Aircraft Cabin Crew

The threat of fire in flight to the safety of civil aircraft is often catastrophic,and the crew’s fire prevention and disposal behavior is the main defense line to prevent civil aircraft fire accidents.The cabin is the area with the highest frequency of civil aircraft fire accidents.Only by better exploring and studying the current situation and problems of fire training for cabin attendants of civil aircraft in China,and establishing a perfect training effect evaluation system,can we help airlines to carry out training systematically and scientifically,and ensure cabin attendants to perform their duties with the highest ability in the face of fire or smoke threat,so as to ensure the safety of passengers.Training effect evaluation is an important part of the training work,which has not attracted enough attention of airlines at present.In the field of civil aviation in China,there are few studies on the evaluation of fire training effect of civil aircraft cabin attendants and the training effect evaluation system also needs to be improved.Firstly,the paper selects the evaluation indexes of fire training effect of civil aircraft cabin crew from the four levels of background,input,process and result evaluation based on the CIPP model.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of cabin crew and faculty,the actual data are obtained.The questionnaire data were analyzed by exploratory factors,and the evaluation index system was constructed,which included six factors and 26 secondary indicators.The six factors were named as organization arrangement and management,training equipment and environment,teaching effect of teachers,training content,crew skills level,team atmosphere and performance,then the data were passed test.Then,the evidence theory is introduced into the evaluation of fire training effect of civil aircraft cabin crew,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the comprehensive weighting method of game theory.The evaluation model of cabin crew fire training effect based on evidence theory is established,and the fire training project of A airline is evaluated,which verifies the practicability and feasibility of the evaluation model.Finally,this paper summarized the research results and put forward the prospects for future research.The evaluation model of cabin crew fire training effect constructed in this paper provides a reliable basis for airlines to improve the quality of fire training and realize the effective use of training resources.It is of great significance to further strengthen the safety awareness of cabin attendants,improve the professional level and improve the cabin safety level.
