According to the statistics of transportation aviation accidents from the National Transportation Safety Board of the United States,almost one fifth of the accidents are related to the crew,and more than 60% of the accidents are caused by poor communication and cooperation between the flight crew and cabin crew,lack of correct leadership,team decisionmaking mistakes and other reasons.In view of this phenomenon,many countries require the flight crew and cabin crew to conduct joint training every two years in the Advisory Circulars.The aim is to make the flight crew and cabin crew cooperate better to improve the work performance of the whole crew,so as to prevent the occurrence of flight accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance for airlines to implement the joint training of flight crew and cabin crew,and to evaluate the training effect.Based on the joint operations effectiveness model,combined with literature and regulations at home and abroad,14 joint training skills of flight crew and cabin crew are preliminarily selected.By sending questionnaires to pilots and flight attendants,14 indicators were divided into four dimensions: interpersonal relationship,cognition,organizational management and self-management by exploratory factor analysis.T-test difference analysis showed that threat and error management and formal leadership are more important in flight crew than in cabin crew;shared mind is more important in cabin crew than in pilots;there is no significant difference in other joint training skills.In order to reflect the mastery of current skills and future trend in joint training,the set pair evaluation method of five element connection number is determined to solve the problem of subjective uncertainty in weighting,and the BestWorst-Method based on triangular fuzzy number is determined to quantify each training skill.The typical lines corresponding to 14 skills of flight crew and cabin crew are listed respectively.Finally,based on set pair analysis theory,a joint training effect evaluation model of flight crew and cabin crew is constructed.Through the example verification,the results showed that the evaluation level of the joint training effect of the tested crew was excellent,and had a nearly good downward trend.Through sensitivity analysis,it was proved that the change of each index evaluation score was more significant for the evaluation of joint training effect.According to the case verification and sensitivity analysis,the evaluation model of the joint training effect of flight crew and cabin crew had good applicability and feasibility,which was of great significance to further improve the work performance of the whole crew and comprehensively improve the safe operation of the aircraft. |
