Research On The Application Of Lean Management In Chuxiong Cigarette Factor

With international and domestic "no smoking","tobacco control"voice wave after another,the tobacco industry is facing "four problems","lean management" has become an important means to break the bottleneck of development,mining industry development potential.Under this situation,Hongta group,Chuxiong cigarette factory,smoke and fully implement the industry group Yunnan relevant requirements of lean management,focus on industry "three subjects" mining management potential,according to the requirement of Yunnan tobacco "two unified,two integration",strengthen enterprise management,to reform as a driving force to accelerate the transformation of the factory the functions of the full implementation of lean management.In this paper,the author participated in the research and implementation of lean management in Chuxiong cigarette factory,and combined with the actual work,this paper expounds the application of lean management in Chuxiong cigarette factory,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the second chapter of lean management theory,the third chapter is the analysis of Chuxiong cigarette factory management status,the fourth chapter is the application of lean management in Chuxiong cigarette factory,the fifth chapter is the achievement,the sixth chapter is the summary and outlook.Firstly,the paper expounds the background and significance of lean management,and then formulates the research ideas and methods.Then,it introduces the basic theory of lean management and the research situation of lean management at home and abroad.Then introduced the Chuxiong cigarette factory management situation,and on the implementation of lean management the necessity and feasibility are analyzed,that the application of lean management implementation can make better management system and the original means of systematic integration,coordination with.At last,the application of lean management in Chuxiong cigarette factory is described in detail.I hope this study can give the industry related factory can provide a little reference in the research on the application of lean management.
