| Chemical industry plays an important role in China’s national economy,and is the basic and pillar industry of the country.After nearly 20 years of rapid development,traditional chemical enterprises have encountered many problems,such as environmental protection,safety and sustainable development,which have reached the critical stage of transformation and upgrading.At the same time,they have encountered many obstacles in management,especially in team management.Qingdao Hai Wan Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the research object of this paper,is one of the top 500 enterprises in China’s chemical industry,a national key chlor alkali enterprise,and one of the top 100 enterprises in Qingdao.Haiwan Chemical started to relocate in2010 and moved from Qingdao downtown to Dongjiakou Port Area in 2015.Take the opportunity of relocation to realize transformation and upgrading,and enter the petrochemical industry from the traditional chlor alkali industry.Therefore,Qingdao Hai Wan Chemical Co.,Ltd.is very representative in the chemical industry.The research on its quality inspection team management can provide some reference for other enterprises in the industry.The research content of this paper is mainly to sort out the current research situation at home and abroad,use the interview method,questionnaire method and summary and induction method combined with TOPIC theory,through in-depth research on the main problems currently existing in the team management of our quality inspectors,through in-depth analysis and excavation,to explore the necessary conditions and models for building a high standard,high requirements and high performance team,and finally propose a team management model suitable for our unit.The purpose of this paper is to help the quality inspection team of Hai Wan Chemical to formulate improvement strategies and specific measures for team management.The full text focuses on the problems existing in the current team management of quality inspectors,develops practical improvement strategies,and puts forward improvement measures by using the "Five Determinations and One Communication" management system and the "Eight Steps" working method.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the current quality inspection team management,formulates practical improvement strategies,and puts forward improvement measures by using the "five-set-one communication" management system and the "eightstep" work method.The research significance of this paper lies in the fact that through the team management theory,some problems existing in the team management of chemical quality inspectors in Hai Wan are solved,and a systematic team management mode and concept are formed.At the same time,this paper can provide reference for other teams of Hai Wan Chemical and other enterprises in the chemical industry. |
