| In recent years,the world economy continues to be depressed,and international crude oil prices have fallen sharply from 2004,from 110 US dollars in 2011 to $26 in early 2016 and run low for quite a long period of time.The downward trend of oil prices has brought great impact on the upstream business of domestic oil enterprises,and business performance has turned from profit to loss,and the survival of enterprises is facing serious challenges.HY company is a domestic oil and natural gas production of the main business of oil enterprises,with the extension of development time,the acceleration of production decline,the deterioration of the quality of resources,and other adverse factors have also brought serious challenges to its sustainable development.Benchmarking is widely adopted by many enterprises as an advanced management method which has been widely implemented at home and abroad for many years.For the enterprises to compare with the outstanding enterprises in their own business areas,find out their own shortcomings and gaps,formulate improved measures,improve the production and operation situation,and promote the healthy and healthy development of the enterprises in the process of continuous improvement.This paper mainly takes the practice of HY oil business as an example,and combs its business.According to the characteristics and nature of all kinds of business,the method of expert consultation is used to determine the framework of the attribute system of different indexes.Through the comparison and analysis of many indicators similar to the internal business types of the company’s group,we find out its strengths and weaknesses,and put forward some measures,such as the control of the scale of resources,the cost control,the change of the assessment mode and so on according to the results of the analysis,so as to provide strong support for the healthy and sustained development of HY company. |
